We had a wonderful stay at this Colorado property! It was exceptionally nice, very clean, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was quick to respond to any questions, which made the experience even better. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Colorado!

Pelican Pines was the perfect setting for our PEAK staff retreat! The home gave our entire team plenty of space to gather, share amazing meals, work and plan together, while also relaxing, laughing, and enjoying the beautiful fall scenery. It felt warm, peaceful, and welcoming, the ideal place for our team to reconnect and recharge.Casey was wonderful to communicate with and made everything easy from beginning to end. We left with such special memories and would absolutely recommend Pelican Pines to families or groups looking for a beautiful place to spend quality time together. We would happily stay again!

We stayed at the cabin for 5 nights with two families. It was a beautiful property that fit our group very well.The kitchen was well equipped. The beds were very comfortable. Our kids enjoyed the ping pong table and hot tub.The view from the main level porch that over looked the lake was excellent place to enjoy meals and morning coffee.The road to the cabin is gravel, windy and steep in places. Make sure you have appropriate vehicles for the conditions.His cabin if your looking for a remote location to relax for a few days!Highly recommend t

This cabin was absolutely beautiful! It was very clean, felt very peaceful! The view was stunning, from the lake the mountains, and the wildlife. We came as a family for 11 people with plenty of room. We will definitely be coming back again.

This is an AMAZING place to stay! The view from the deck overlooking the reservoir is spectacular. The hosts are super responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend!!!

Excellent Lake Cabin

Beautiful, very clean and comfortable. The location in Divide is a really cool town. Far enough away from the city to relax, but not too far to get into town.

Family Trip

We stayed for 5 days in this house and loved it. The views are amazing and the house was comfortable. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to CO.

I held a small men's retreat for my friends, and this property was perfect for our needs. The house was perfect for entertaining, and the views amazing. Great place to relax and get away from everything. I recommend this property.

Incredible Cabin for the whole family!

Stayed at this cabin with extended family. Kids ages from 7 to 2 years old…this cabin has everything and more for whole family. Cabin was super clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Mountain Cabin

We had an amazing time at the Pelican Pines Lake house! It was a beautiful property just outside Colorado Springs and all of the amazing activities for families to enjoy. I would strongly recommend this property to any family looking for a getaway up in the mountains!!

Great girls trip!

We wanted a rekaxing weekend away from crowds and this spot was perfect! There were 11 of us ladies and while some people were sharing beds, everyone was very comfortable. Communication before and during the trip was timely and helpful. It was only a 20 minute drive to some beautiful hhiking in Mueller State park.

Pelican Pines Stay

Loved the modern mountain cabin decor and cleanliness of Pelican Pines. The view from the cabin was beautiful with lake and we saw several deer. The kids loved the ping pong table and games. The only thing is we wished the cabin had access to the lake.

Winter wonderland retreat

We loved staying here with our extended family. We were a group of 9 people (5 afults and 4 kids) adults and kids loved it. The views were beautiful and the kids loved seeing all the snow around us. Its a long way into the neighbood and to the house, if you are looking for a quiet low key retreat this is it. I would have appreciated a dresser and hooks in the rooms to make it easier to sort through coats and clothing during our stay. But overall we enjoyed our stay and had a blast with the family!

The icing to an incredible experiences we had in Colorado.

Pelican Pines Lake House is the perfect retreat for our family vacation. We had the best experience. Modern yet rustic, Pelican Pines Lake House is a new cabin with a beautiful view of the Reservoir. A picture of what a mountain/lake cabin should be. We sat on the deck soaking up the views and sunshine. The hot tub was only used once, but is a great addition to this place. The kitchen had everything that we needed and did a lot of cooking on the grill outside. The cabin had a lot of living spaces and five bedrooms. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms clean. The ping pong table and games were used everyday. Location was good, easy to find. We were 20 to 30 minutes away from our main reason for coming. The area has a lot to see and explore. There are a number of attractions and experiences nearby if one was interested. I would highly recommend this Cabin. It was the icing to an incredible experience we had in Colorado.

So wonderful! Sets the bar high.

We cant say enough good things about this property! Beautiful location and immaculately kept. There's plenty of room to spread out for quiet reading on a rocking chair, or fun in the basement game room. One thing to be mindful of were the dirt roads around the property. We had capable vehicles, but you might get a less rugged vehicle dirty. We tried to avoid travel during rain showers. Everything was fully stocked for an extended stay. Plenty of comforts of home! They have thought of everything! We had two young adults with us and we loved the table tennis and hot tub. The listing mentioned showers, but there were bathtubs in each of the three full baths. There are mule deer and chipmunks that are active near the deck, and the grill was easy to step out to make dinner on. We feared that we would be miles from 'civilization,' but it was a short drive into Divide for gas and supplies. Highly recommend!
