Largo Mar Unit 113, Fantastic Value, Very Clean Condo on PC Beach

We only rent Saturday to Saturday in June and July. No more than 6 guests please.

Relax and enjoy your well-deserved vacation in our newly owned and decorated two bedroom condo in Largo Mar on the world's most beautiful beaches. We are located on the quiet east end of Thomas Drive near St. Andrews State Park, away from the heavily traveled areas but still within a few miles of any of the desired destinations. There are only 72 units in our three story low-rise condos - no elevators to wait on. This means uncrowded conditions at the pool and on the shuffleboard courts . No need to get in the car or cross a busy street to get to the beach. You can enjoy beautiful views of the Gulf from your second or third floor balcony and need travel only about 100 yards to be there. Our condo buildings are arranged in a horseshoe shape with the pool in the center, providing a nice family friendly setting at all times of the year. Sure makes it nice and easy to relax on your patio and watch the kids in the pool at the same time.

Inside Description

Our two bedroom unit (over 1200 sq ft) offers a large living room area,
fully tiled and with a 40-inch Smart HDTV and plenty of comfortable seating space. Also on the walk-in first floor is a fully equipped kitchen with front-loading
washer and dryer, a 25 cubic foot side-by-side refrigerator with ice maker, a new electric range as well as a microwave, disposal and dishwasher.
The second floor has a bedroom with a king size bed and dresser,Smart HDTV and blu-ray dvd player and a full bath with tub/shower. The third floor has a king size bed and large
dresser, plenty of closet space (both bedrooms), full bath with tub/shower, a HDTV/blu-ray DVD and a balcony overlooking the pool area and for viewing the gulf right
from your unit. The courtyard has a brand new deck with a terrific paver design heading to a short walkway to the beach. Right on the beach is a deck
which can be used to relax in the sun or view one of our especially fantastic sunsets.

There are two full size sofas, one a sleeper, in the living room. This provides comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to six guests, which is the maximum
number of guests allowed per reservation.

Sorry - No pets or smoking and all renters must be at least 30 years of age

July 4th vacation

We enjoyed our trip to Panama City staying in this wonderful condo..The weather was great and the pictures describes the rooms exactly how they really are. We really enjoyed the time there.I'll recommend anyone to stay here.

Great condo-SECURITY a plus

Just returned from a great stay at this condo. Great location. Short walk to the beach and steps away from the pool. Park right outside your front door. Excellent security which was important to me staying with little ones. The condo was decorated beautifully with everything you need. Steve and Angela were excellent hosts with thorough and detailed instructions. Recommend highly for a relaxing stay. Will definitely request this one again.

Spring Break

Beautiful and spacious condo for 3 guest and more. Very clean, King beds on 2nd and 3rd floors. Patio on ground level and balcony both facing the pool with a view of the gulf and 3rd floor balcony perfect for a sunset. Complex Deck with chairs and umbrellas ready for a closer view of the beach. Perfect for an afternoon cocktail!!!! Not party city like other places and did verify age requirement. Owners were terrific and communication throughout the entire process left a great impression. Even met the owner and he wanted to make sure everything was satisfactory (which it was). Would definitely stay again in the future and highly recommend this property. The only regret was not staying longer!!!!

Greatest vacation stay ever.

From the moment we walked in we were impressed. The townhouse was clean and very well furnished and decorated. The kitchen was stocked well with everything we needed to be able to cook all of our meals. The bedrooms were well furnished and the beds were comfortable. The entire townhouse is upgraded and feels brand new. We loved the patio and the proximity to the spacious pool. The views from the third floor of the beach were very good. The short walk to the beach makes this the ideal location as we did not have to wait for elevators. It was so easy to get back and forth from the patio to the beach. Steve was easy to get in touch with and very responsive to our questions. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will be making this our yearly family vacation spot. Can’t wait to go back.

Lovely

Our family of 5 (3 kids age 16 to 20) loved our time at the condo and being close to the beach. The pool and hot tub were very nice and had great place to layout since it was very windy on beach our days there. There was a nice deck on the property overlooking beach that was wonderful place to sit and read. The condo itself was spacious and nice for our family to spread out. As Parents, if we go again, I would stay in bedroom on 2nd floor because of sound and being able to shut the door for privacy. Upstairs bedroom did not have a door and sound came up fairly easily from stairs. We would happily stay here again.

Wonderful!

We have stayed at Largo Mar several times and love it but Angela and Steve’s place was by far the best condo we have stayed in! It was beautiful and super clean! Their attention to detail was so nice! We can’t wait to stay there again...soon!!

Lovely condo

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect... next to the pool and steps from the beach. We loved the ocean views. We also loved the easy access from our first floor entrances... one side was a patio steps from the pool and the other side was a patio steps from our car. Very convenient. Location is quiet with less traffic. Owners were great to work with. Would definitely stay here again.

Even better than expected

The owner of this property takes great care to provide a clean and well decorated condo. All the normal worries about a long stay....tv and ac control, check in process, property access were taken care of ahead of time and easily directed on site. The property is in a great location down the beach and we would love to stay here again.

Our "go to" for Panama City Beach, FL

We have stayed all over the place in various locations in Panama City Beach. This was by far our best experience. The unit we rented was clean, neat, beautifully decorated, stocked with all the basic house wares and kitchen wares and located in a perfect spot close to the beach access overlooking the beautiful pool. The community seems like a close knit bunch of folks and they were very friendly. The night life was quiet and peaceful. Panama City Beach can be a bit wild but this location was perfect for our young family. We will be back.

Great condo AND the whole complex!

While the condo is superb (updated, very clean, has everything that’s needed for a family stay), the location and the complex as a whole is unbeatable for people who run away from the crowds: not too close to overpopulated beaches, very nice grounds with landscaping, the pool is nice and clean with lots of space and chairs around, never more than a couple families at the pool. There is a store right across the road - to get all the essentials (milk, bread,water, etc), very handy. The owners of the unit are great to deal with. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Condo ~ Perfect Place to Stay

We had a fantastic stay at Steve's condo. It was immaculate! Beds were comfy, high quality sheets and towels. A 2 minute walk to the ocean and right beside the pool~ which was very nice. Everything was just perfect! We would stay here again.Thank you so much!
