Take a break from swimming with the sharks and relax in the Fish Tank! Located on the east end of Panama City Beach at Largo Mar and close to St. Andrews State Park, this two-story townhome is named for the fabulous Floribbean décor displayed throughout the property and cheerfully accommodates up to 4 people.
With two private balconies and activity-filled common areas, guests will have a hard time choosing where to spend their time while enjoying the laid-back ambiance the Gulf Coast has to offer. Grab your beach bag and stroll to the beach, lounge by the community pool, or quickly drive to scenic area highlights such as Captain Anderson's Marina from this picturesque vacation location.
Beach chair rental service is included in this rental! You will have 2 beach chairs/loungers and an umbrella. This is during the high rental season of March 1st to October 1st!
The Florida lifestyle immediately greets guests when they arrive at the second-floor entrance of the Fish Tank, with 1-bedroom and en suite bath upstairs, and a half-bath, one queen sleeper sofa, kitchen, living and outdoor spaces on the bottom level all, perfectly designed with a tropical flair for comfort. Greet the mornings with coffee and view of courtyard pool from the private living room balcony then head out for a sun-filled day on the coast. A well-appointed kitchen awaits your return, including coffee maker, dishwasher, cookware, and utensils allowing for prepping a scrumptious, home cooked meal after a long day of enjoying the local land and water activities. Wrap up the day with a glass of wine back out on the balcony and plan your next day of fun in Panama City Beach!

-King bed in the master bedroom upstairs
-Sleeper sofa in the living room
Luxury amenities offered by Fish Tank include:
• Boardwalk access to the beach
• Wi-Fi, cable, and smart TVs in the bedroom and living room

• Fresh linens and towels for every guest
• Stackable washer/dryer in the master bedroom
• Bright and airy coastal decor
No parking hassles here! Unlike with parking decks and overcrowded high-rises, guests can pull straight into Largo Mar, park and be to the unit in seconds. Please note, you have to go up a flight of stairs to get to the unit's front door as well as a steeper flight of stairs to get to the master bedroom and full bathroom. Parking for up to two vehicles is provided with your booking, and two passes will be left inside Fish Tank for placing in your vehicle(s) upon arrival. Trailer parking of any size or type is prohibited at the Largo Mar.
Largo Mar community offerings include an outdoor swimming pool, hot tub, shuffleboard court, and a common patio/deck area with high top seating for socializing or watching the sun rise and set. Full-service food markets Publix and Winn Dixie are just a short drive away, as well as numerous local eateries.
This home does not accept mid-term, long term guests, or winter snowbirds.
Additional Information:
-No smoking or vaping, no pets, and no events allowed.
-Guests must be 25 years of age or older to rent and are required to email a photo ID at the time of booking. The guest making the reservation must also be present for the duration of the stay.
-Third party bookings are NOT allowed.
-A rental agreement must be signed to confirm your reservation. If the agreement is not signed and the reservation is not paid in full, you will not receive the arrival information. Provided all requirements are met, the arrival details will be emailed 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival.
-Check-in is anytime after 4 PM Central Time. You may request an early arrival for an additional fee; however, please note that it is not guaranteed, as it depends on the availability of the unit after morning check-outs and the cleaning & inspection schedule. If you require an early arrival, you may consider booking for the night prior.
-Check-out is strictly at 10 AM Central Time. Any departure after this time will result in an additional fee.
-Quiet hours are 10pm to 7am per the Bay County Noise Ordinance
-Please understand that Florida's natural environment includes bugs, insects, ants, mosquitoes, and spiders. We perform regular interior and exterior pest control, but keeping doors, windows, and sliders closed will help prevent entry. No refunds will be issued for sightings of bugs or wildlife in or around the property.
-Supplies:
We provide a starter pack of supplies, including 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 trash bag per trash can, 1 packet of dish detergent and 1 packet of laundry detergent, to get you started. For additional supplies, there are nearby stores. This is meant to get you through your first day or so until you can get to a store.
-By renting this home you acknowledge that you understand you enter and occupy the premises at your own risk and that the homeowner and Sun & Sand Rentals are not and will not be responsible for injuries or deaths that may occur on our property. You, and all of your guests attending, agree that everything you use is at your own risk, including any beach equipment left on the property. By renting this home, you agree that you are also financially responsible for any third party damages that are caused by your group. Neither the homeowner or Sun & Sand Rentals are liable, financially or otherwise, for any accidental or intentional third party damages your party causes.
