Amazing Isla Verde Beach Home

You are booking a 5 stars resort for less. This lovely HOME is the perfect place for a getaway whether is a small or medium group of family and friends. Business guests are welcome as well. This amazing house is perfect for up to 7 guests. Very clean and in a good location close to the beach. Fully equipped with A/C splits units, fans, power generator, water solar panels and a gated walking-in entrance and parking.

It is approximately:
* 5 minutes from the airport
* 10 min. walk to the beach or less than 5 min. drive
* 15 min. drive to Old San Juan
* 10 to 15 min. drive to both major Malls (Plaza las Americas or Mall of San Juan).
* 5 min. drive to 24/7 grocery stores

Perfect Vacation Home for family!

We have stayed in many vacation rentals and this one truly met ALL of our needs. The owners put a lot of thought into every detail. We would definitely stay here again! They even have a perfect spot for photos :)

Spacious, Safe and Convenient Location

We were a family of 6 adults with a car rental. We felt safe and had peace of mind knowing we could park the car on the property. The home was spacious and had everything we needed to cook on the property. Great lounging spaces both indoor and outdoor and conveniently located near freeways and stores. I would absolutely stay here again if I returned to PR. Thank you!

The property is exactly as advertised, everything’s like it is in the pictures!Particularly loved that this is a short walk to the beach, and an even shorter walk to Panadería España, a bakery/cafe frequented by the locals and open pretty early. My big fear when booking this place was proximity to the airport. I was worried the sounds of engines arriving and taking off would make it impossible to sleep. They’re audible, but none of the 6 members of our party had their sleep disturbed.Do bring earplugs if you’re sensitive though! There’s the chirps of frogs in the evening and crows of roosters in the mornings. Overall, would recommend to anyone looking for a group stay in PR!

2025 vacation

It was great for all 6 of us. The perfect place to stay and close to everything. There were a couple minor things that could use improvement for the next stay (bathroom mirror was a little to high to do hair/makeup, and water pressure was not strong)

Great property and location!

The house was great! Well equipped with all necessities, the host was responsive and very helpful! Everything went well and smooth with the stay. The location is great! It has good coffee spots nearby and the beach is a short walk/drive making it an ideal location.

Exceptional Host and Perfectly Accurate Listing

Marisa and Ginette were awesome hosts at the vacation rental. The property was exactly as described in the listing, so there were no surprises when we arrived. When the AC unit had an issue, they quickly offered solutions, including a temporary relocation, showing how much they care about their guests' comfort. They were always available and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a great stay. Overall, it was a great experience thanks to their exceptional hospitality! Let me know if you need any more changes!

Had a wonderful stay

Excellent location, close to everything you need. So much spacious and have all amenities you will need. And last but not the least outstanding hospitality by the host Maria. Amazing Puerto Rico stay

Our stay here was absolutely amazing. The house was spotless and beautifully decorated. It was at a short distance from the beach and all amazing restaurants. Marisa was incredibly responsive and provided great local recommendations.She went above and beyond by leaving a welcome basket with snacks and drinks.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Puerto Rico.

A hidden treasure in San Juan

A wonderful couple of days in San Juan recuperating from a long flight from the UK before cruising around the Carribean. The house was much larger than expected, well-equipped and tastefully furnished and designed, inside and out. Lovely gardens, a well-appreciated welcome pack. The area was perfect, easy reach to the shops, restaurants and beach. The hostess was brilliant in responding to any queries or advice we needed. We would thoroughly recommend this home to other travellers

Great proximity to everything San Juan

This place was very comfortable for us, we were 6 adults. The check in process was smooth. The hosts were very helpful and responded quickly when we had questions. Definitely recommend this place, we will be back.

The property is very tasteful, we felt very comfortable with the space and amenities. The surroundings as well as interiors very well maintained and clean. We found that we had everything we needed to feel comfortable. The check in and checkout process was simple. Communication with the administration was excellent and very good attention. For a family of five our stay was perfect. We recommend this property for future stays.

An Oasis In San Juan

This is a beautifully maintained and secure house. It has everything one needs, and the host is 100% responsive. There are several food places - restaurants, panaderia and a supermarket - within a 5-11 minute walk. And a lovely public beach is two minutes farther away Be aware - this is near the airport, so you hear planes day and much of the night if, like us, you prefer open windows to air conditioning.

Girls Trip

We had a great stay! It was wonderful for all 5 of us to each have our own bed! The kitchen is very well equipped and the bathrooms are clean. We had a power outage during our stay and the generator was running. However a malfunction did occur very late at night I contacted the host to let her know. Within 2 minutes I had a reply from the property manager who came over herself to try to help resolve the problem. Marisa worked tirelessly the next day to have it resolved. I appreciated the responsiveness to the problem. I also appreciated the snacks and beer our host had waiting for us! I would recommend bringing earplugs due to roosters and plane noise. This did help me sleep better. We felt very safe here with the gate that locks that surrounds the house. You can even pull the car inside.

The house was amazing. I wish we were able to stay longer but back to reality we had to return. The house was easy to get to and from the airport & the highway. It was a good 12min walk to the beach. It had plenty of off the street parking. The house was provided with many amenities such as a full kitchen, well stocked bathroom toiletries, towels, beach towels, a cooler that was super useful. The house was extremely close to the supermarket/liquor store as well. It had plenty of space so that all 7 of us never felt like we’re on top of each other. Also the outdoor space was supper private and comfortable. The outdoor shower was nice to have to rinse off the sand or dirt from our feet and shoes. Highly recommend to stay for your next beautiful Puerto Rico trip.

San Juan vacation

I stayed here with 6 other family members. We all really liked the house. It slept all of us in comfortable beds. The bathrooms were clean and having 2 was useful to the 7 of us. In addition to 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms there was a large Livingroom, dining area, kitchen with breakfast bar and a sitting area near the kitchen. It had a bunch of amenities that I didn't use, like fully equipped kitchen and good TV. And some that we did use. The easy to connect internet and washing machine were put to good use. There was also a downstairs yard and parking area, but I didn't really use this area. Our location was in a kinda residential town. Most every house, including this one, had gated-in yards or bars on the windows or both. But I didn't feel unsafe at all. Beaches and tourist stuff were not in walking distance, but we drove there easily. Old San Juan was just minutes away. So was the beach. So was the Airport. One thing that was walking distance was a bakery where we got sweet and savory pastries every morning for breakfast. It was delicious. The check in and out were super easy. And the hosts were very responsive when I had a question or two. Plus maybe we just got lucky, but they left us a couple snacks in the kitchen. This was very welcome by my kids (ok I really ate them) All in all this house really suited our group. If coming back to San Juan, I'd look for this place to rent again. Michael

This house was so amazing, it looks even better in person. So spacious and when you open the windows, the breeze the flows through the house is so calming. The location is perfect too!
