This is a two bedroom one bath property with vaulted ceilings and over 1500 sq ft of space
Patio has mountain views and a BBQ and dart board.
Quite cul-de-sac escape 20 minutes from the strip and 10 minutes from Nellis Air force Base.
Full kitchen, very big living room and dining room with a Pac Man machine. This property can comfortably fit 5 people and we are pet friendly. If you want to be in Las Vegas but away from the crowd this is the place to be. This property is extremely quite and very laid back.
This house is setup like a duplex so host lives next door but nothing is shared but the driveway.

Cozy, quiet, clean

Nice little cul de sac, quiet, backed up to a school yard. Listing is as advertised. About 35 min to the strip and 25 min back. Would recommend this rental!

Quiet and peaceful stay

Short but peaceful stay. The host does live on the property but you can’t even tell he is there. The house smelled great, was very clean, and was very spacious and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Fantastic oasis in Las Vegas

Kevs house

The location was easily accessible. Kevin was very responsive. Unfortunately there was no washer and dryer but that was an oversight on my part when I booked. The accommodations were comfortable and adequate for our family.

Family Getaway

First time to do a rental property and thankfully we made the right choice. unko Kev's property is well maintained and very welcoming. It is a home award from home. Our pet Mac had a blast running in the backyard. Highly recommend this place for a family vacation!

Great spot for a stay, neighborhood was safe and quiet. Jose was well appointed and backyard was great for the pups.

Great place!

Unko Kevs place is great! ! Came to vegas with my brother for a medical procedure. We didn't want to stay in a hotel. The house looks exactly like the pictures. Comfortable, stocked kitchen, backyard area. The arcade game was a fun addition. We played it every day. Close to shopping and eating. We did have a car. 20 minutes from everything. Definitely would stay there again.

Great spot!

I'm very happy with our stay! These kinds of things are alwahs hit and miss but we will definitely be back. Clean house, lots of space, great host and excellent price. It's a but far from the strip but well worth the 30 uber ride to be in a good neighborhood.

Great place

It was very accomodating for us and pet friendly. Kevin was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. He was very willing to work with us so we could meet our needs in the area. We would stay again.

Great Stay

House was as described. Very roomy and very comfortable.. Loved sitting out on the patio. Had problem with TV. Kevin came in to see problem. Couldn't fix it. But tried very hard to get it working. No problem he has 3 other TVs to watch. Enjoyed staying there.

Very nice rental in quiet neighborhood

The rental was very nice and had plenty of space. I liked that it was close to downtown but away from the noise and crowds. Host was responsive and provided everything we needed.

Uncle Kev's Aloha Rules!!

this was our second time vacationing at uncle Kev's and it was better than ever!! this location is so ideal for me&my dogfriend! tucked nicely in a private cul-de-sac quiet peaceful surroundings surprise from the hustle&bustle of las vegas! with stores just around the corner conveniences are just minutes away!! the home was immaculate once again wonderful yard my dogfriend enjoyed just a fabulous time!! book it now you will be so happy!!!

Great Stay while Moving

Nice Roomy Place

It was a clean spot with a nice strong shower. I would have liked the middle griddle to work, but overall it was a nice stay.

Quiet and Spacious

Kevin was a great host. The place was Spacious, Clean and in a Quiet neighborhood away from the hustle, bustle. It also had a nice backyard for our pets. I would recommend staying here.

Great place

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It was spacious for my family and exactly as the listing described. There was a great backdoor area where my kids could run around. It's conveniently located to nearby attractions with just a short drive. We would stay here again.

Family visit

This is a nice, well maintained 2 bedroom house at the end of a cul de sac. It's a quiet neighborhood; it backs up against a school, but there still wasn't a lot of noise. The manager lives on the property in the converted garage, which was a bit unusual but not a problem.It's not that close to any casinos, probably a 20 to 25 minute drive, but that was one of the appeals of the property.

Las Vegas Trip

The property very clean, it included all the all the amenities a hotel would have but in the comfort of a big home. There was lots of space and the owner was extremely friendly. Overall, I had a very good experience.
