We are walking distance to town, plenty of shopping, restaurants, bath house, trails and the park. I love Cacapon Park, it is 10 miles down the road. There is so much to do in Berkeley Springs. You'll have to keep coming back!

I think everything was good. Only real issue was communication, betweens the booking site and owner. But once figured out everything else was smooth. Quite and comfortable.

Eddie’s place

Very cozy and in town of Berkeley Springs. We were very satisfied with the accommodations. Very plush bathroom towels. We would definitely stay there again.

So adorable

The place was clean and absolutely perfect for what we needed it for . Bedrooms were clean, the house was beautiful and I love that it smells like ice cream. Will definitely stay again!

Eddies place

Accommodations were simple, just a room in an upstairs with a common room for the other rooms to gather or play a game. Bathroom was modern and clean. Location to the town of Berkeley Springs was perfect to walk anywhere in town. Will stay again.

Wonderful

It was perfect! The room was clean and the bed was comfortable ❤️you can walk everywhere! All the people we met were so friendly! We had a great weekend!

Weekend getaway.

We stayed the weekend to go antiquing. We enjoyed our stay in this quaint little town and especially liked the convenience of having an ice cream bar downstairs! Loved the lavender flavor. Thank you Sandy.

Fun weekend

Lovely location and cute room. There is no kitchen or kitchen sink and the dining area is a separate, communal room.

Everything was clean and we received an email early in the morning that our room was ready which was nice wasnt suppose to be able to check in till 3pm

No Signage

It was a very cute and clean place. The problem was trying to find it. The name is no where to be found and we drove around. Even telling us it’s above the ice cream shop would have helped. The main description was a French door and a wreath. Other than that, good location and clean.

Very clean room. Comfy bed & nice bath towels. Centrally located and within walking distance to a lot of places. The host communicated well. When we booked this place I didn’t realize this was room inside a shared home where each rental has their own secure room with a shared coffee bar & living/dining room space. But it was fine and we made it work. I just didn’t gather that from the listing description.
