Absolutely gorgeous modern masterpiece with a great backstory that has been lovingly renovated. Great layout to the property which is on 3 separate levels. Tons of space. Great views. Lots of privacy. We went there for a getaway before our girls returned to school. Highly recommend.

This was our second time staying at this beautiful home, and it was just as amazing as we remembered! The property is absolutely immaculate, beautifully maintained, and truly feels like a luxury getaway.The new outdoor kitchen is phenomenal and made spending time outside even more enjoyable. We also loved the addition of the fire pit—it was the perfect place to make s’mores under the stars.The home has everything you could need for a relaxing stay, and it’s clear the owners take great pride in maintaining it. We loved it so much that we came back for a second visit, and we’ll definitely be returning again. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for an exceptional vacation rental!

The Howard is an amazing and beautiful property. The outside 3 level deck is stunning and the views are magnificent. Having a shower and facilities near the pool was an added bonus. The floor to ceiling windows in the living room and dining room are mesmerizing. The house is very well kept and the history of the property made it more intriguing. The hosts are very quick to respond to any inquiries. The house, decks, neighborhood, and pool made for a memorable vacation.

Wendy was a wonderful guest! She was kind, respectful, and a pleasure to host. Communication was excellent throughout her stay, and she took great care of the property, leaving everything in fantastic condition. The house is great and is a wonderful experience with great history and a mid century home Only disappointment was they offer a great Hot tub and Pool and although paying luxury home prices it costs extra to heat the hot tub..

Outstanding stay at the Howard!!!The property was beautiful, spotless, and perfectly located for a relaxing Palm Springs getaway. Every detail was thoughtfully designed, and the atmosphere was pure comfort and style. The owner was incredibly responsive and made everything effortless from start to finish. What a fabulous house! The house and property were very clean, great communication with the hosts, and the outdoor space is unbeatable. My only complaint is how small the kitchen is. Other than that, 10/10 and will definitely book again.

We loved everything about this house, the history, the landscaping, the colors, the outdoor area. The host texted me back immediately when I had a question. We had a wonderful family vacation, I was sad to leave paradise.

This was our first trip to Palm Springs and California, and we hope to go back when it's cooler. Temps reached 118 while we were there, so it wasn't easy to enjoy thenjoy

Perfect stay

We absolutely loved our stay at The Howard. Communication with the hosts was great. They provided clear check-in instructions and helpful videos which make our interaction with the house super easy. The house is a jewel. It’s beautifully decorated with special attention to detail. The outdoor three level deck area is excepcional. We definitely recommend this house.

What can I say, but…THANK YOU! It was a fantastic week. The magic of Palm Springs was only made more magical as a result of our stay at The Howard. Excellent communication from the host. Property is truly special. Worth every cent. Thanks so much! We will definitely be back.

Amazing

One of the best properties I have stayed at. This is an amazing mid-century home with a lot of history and the hosts have done a wonderful job staying true to the era while ensuring modern comforts. The furnishings inside and out are high-end as well as the beds, pillows and linens. The property feels very secluded while being close to shops, restaurants and hiking trails and offering spectacular views of the mountains. As for cleanliness, the property was spotless inside and out. The outdoor pool, bbq area and firepit felt like a 5-star resort without the crowds. A special thanks to Jesus and Hector for being so responsive and friendly - they went above and beyond to make sure our stay was unforgettable. I highly recommend a stay here, we can't wait to come back!

Very Happy Holidays

This is our second stay at the 'Howard' and we couldn't have been happier. Mornings started with coffee as we watched the sun rise over the mountains and slowly illuminate the valley floor. From our elevated home it was quite a site.....just wonderful.The pool, grounds, outdoor kitchen and home are top notch. As I said, this was our second time there and I rarely do that, but this is the exception. I particularly love the privacy......something you don't always get with rentals.Overall from the attentiveness of our property manager Jesus to the fantastic home, it history and all it offers, it's likely that there will be a third stay...........and in my world, that's unheard of.

I fell in love in Palm Springs…

…and it was with a home named Howard. This rental is a beautiful mid century home with everything you can possibly need. From the best outdoor kitchen I’ve ever seen to the decks with unbelievable views of the mountains, to the fantastic pool area with a very handy indoor/outdoor shower along with full bath. The fire pit was great and unlike many rentals, the outdoor furniture was actually comfortable. I could go on and on about how clean and comfortable it was but I will leave you with this… …this was my favorite vacation rental ever. And I will certainly be back! The effort they put into this home shows.

Unique experience in Palm Springs

We had an incredible experience at The Howard. The hosts were very accommodating and provided us with detailed instructions of the house. The property is beautiful and it is located in a privileged zone, a cliff that offers an amazing view of the Valley. Although the house has been fully remodeled, the mid century modern architecture and interior design have been respectfully preserved. We can definitely sense its historical value, and imagine Howard Hughes, Eva Gabor and other Hollywood celebrities wandering back in the days throughout the house. The three outdoor deck levels: Kitchen, dining and lounging areas display such a high end touch, and offer unlimited entertainment. The pool and spa are truly spectacular. I highly recommend this property.
