Stunning 2BR/2BA condo at W Residences Fort Lauderdale. Both bedrooms feature king beds and flat-screen TVs. Enjoy a spacious living room, private balcony with slight ocean view, and a gourmet kitchen with stainless-steel appliances. Two sleek full bathrooms complete this luxury stay.
This is a privately owned residence located within the same building complex as the W Hotel Fort Lauderdale, but it is not owned, operated, sponsored, or affiliated with the hotel. Therefore, some hotel-operated services such as room service, laundry/dry cleaning, engineering support, and daily housekeeping are not available to residence guests.
CHECK-IN REQUIREMENT
At least one guest must be 21 years or older to check in. A valid credit card is also required at check-in for incidental holds.
RESORT FEE
$62.15 per day, paid directly to the resort at check-in, includes:

My family and I had a pleasurable experience at the condo. The property was surprisingly clean and well maintained. The host communication was top rated as well. When my family and I vacation in Ft. Lauderdale again, this will be our priority condo.

Check-in was not good experience despite booking the trip weeks in advance- I had to show proof of reservation and wait for the host to confirm before they would even offer water while we waited. The condo had several needs for repair- lamps broken, holes in the wall, bedroom doors couldn’t lock, low water pressure for shower l, sinks, jacuzzi and toilet.

A nice apartment, but not quite as luxurious as described or pictured; showing signs of age around the edges.The property manager (owner?) was cordial, but seemed to use AI for some of her replies to messages texted via the Vrbo app.

The place did not seem to have a pull out bed, which was part of the listing. Also, there are no doors on one of the bathrooms which isn’t clear in the listing as well. The place itself was nice, the pool was so quiet and relaxing and daily yoga was a fun addition to our trip!

Room was nice but there was a plumbing issue that was not mentioned before arrival an made it extremely stressful for our vacation. Hot tub jets never worked , only six rolls of toilet paper were provided for a 5 night stay for 5 guest which is definitely not realistic so we had to go buy our own toilet paper. For the most part the room was clean but I noticed like in the shower there was a lot of scum like around the corners that had not been scrubbed or clean properly like it around the sink where the nozzles was was like soap scum built up. I think there was a total of five towels provided in the whole entire room for both bathrooms and a party of five and we had to wash towels like every day I understand that it's a Vrbo and that you clean up after yourself but I was very disappointed with the plumbing and extremely low water pressure . Then to top it off we were told upon arrival that if we clogged the toilets up that we would have to pay 500 and that was very upsetting.
