We were pleasantly surprised when we walked in. The condo was bright with tall ceilings, amazing floor to ceiling glass and an incredible view of the ocean and lagoon. Communication with host was very fast when we had a small issue with dryer but they rectified it within minutes. Steps away from ocean and many restaurants. It was truly the perfect location! Would definitely recommend and will be booking again if we are back in Ft. Lauderdale!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful condo at the W Fort Lauderdale. The unit was stylish, extremely comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly need during our stay. The location is fantastic, with the beach just steps away as well as all of the amenities of the W. Communication was outstanding throughout our stay--Jeff and his staff were extremely responsive, helpful, and accommodating, which made everything effortless from check-in to departure.We would absolutely stay here again...Highly recommend!!

I loved the huge deck/patio that we had all to ourselves! The host was available at all times for questions and proactive letting me know in advance what to expect. We appreciated the washer and dryer use. I would recommend this place to my friends.

We loved the location, due to easy access to the beach and near several restaurants within walking distance. The pool was very nice and conveniently located on our same floor. The condo was clean and served our purposes perfectly. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it to others.

Disappointing ExperienceThe W Fort Lauderdale itself was excellent. The amenities, pool, yoga classes, beach access, beach chairs, restaurants, and location were all fantastic. Unfortunately, the two-bedroom unit was the problem and did not meet reasonable expectations, particularly given the amount paid. Parking and resort fees alone were expensive so we expected a much higher standard of quality and service from the unit.The unit was dated and not adequately maintained. The furniture was chipped, the rug was stained, and there was a musty odor as soon as we walked in. The beds were also uncomfortable and noticeably sunken, which affected the quality of our stay.There also appeared to be some type of moisture issue on the fifth floor, where humidifiers were plugged in throughout the hallway.The toilet was one of the biggest problems. It was not flushing properly when we arrived. This was especially frustrating because it was clearly an issue that should have been identified before we checked in. I should not have had to be the person to discover and report that the toilet wasn’t functioning properly.It took four days into our one-week stay before a handyman was sent to address it. Unfortunately, he could not fix it. Two days later, someone else was sent, and we were told that the toilet could not be repaired and needed to be completely replaced. At that point, we were already five days into our vacation and still had a toilet that did not flush

Amazing property!

The W hotel is beautiful, conveniently located to it all. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and beach. Condo unit was spacious and clean, exactly as shown.

Great location, great condo style hotel. The room amenties were kind of lacking with mismatched silverware and 15 wine glasses but only 4 water glasses. Not a big deal but measuring spoons. The outdoor patio area was great but unkempt. The living room carpet was majorly stained

Pre Christmas holiday

Beautiful, clean apartment. A bonus to be on the same floor as the pool! Another added bonus was to be able to open both bedroom sliding glass doors and have a giant patio!!!! Loved the visit! Great hosts!

Location was great in respects to pool and bar on same level. Not as advertised, basically no ocean view as room faces North. Pool and Hot tub were not useable do to uncleanliness. Room was spacious and comfortable ,beach chairs and bikes were offered at no cost.

Great place to vacation

We have stayed at this condo more than 5 times. It’s great! All the amenities of the W hotel with a huge 2 bedroom/2 bath condo with a washer and dryer and large patio. We will be back!

Great Spot and would stay again

After having some issues with check in process and cleaning everything was great. We had excellent communication with management to make everything right and felt well attended to during the process. We had a great time enjoying both pools and the attendants at the pools were awesome!! So close to the beach with access to umbrella and chairs was huge with a little one. short walk to entertainment, restaurants and bars can't be matched. Won't be disappointed staying here!!!

We loved every minute

Great 2 bedroom suite at the W Fort Lauderdale. We have stayed there many time and loved this room as it has a huge patio with outdoor seating and dining. Its literally big enough to throw a football....which we did on game day! The room was beautifully prepared and everything was smooth from booking to checkout. Great restaurants in the area and on the beach!
