This is truly a fabulous rustic mountain retreat, with colorful western, fishing, and mountain lodge themes throughout! This gorgeous home away from home offers a slopeside location, only 50 yards from the 4 O'Clock Ski Run. Beautifully decorated, this condominium has recently remodeled kitchen and baths, with granite countertops, new appliances, and travertine flooring with many other upgrades. A river rock and log fireplace centers the views west of peaks 9 and 10 with a balcony overlooking the beautifully landscaped courtyard. Prepare delicious culinary masterpieces in the well-appointed kitchen and then curl up by the warmth of the fireplace and watch a favorite show on the TV. The primary suite balcony overlooks the town of Breckenridge with outstanding views of Mt. Baldy. Everyone will sleep well on the new mattresses and with the help of blackout curtains.

When you book this charming condo, you are granted access to a plethora of fantastic on-site amenities, including a shared firepit, lawn area, a BBQ area with many gas grills, a heated outdoor pool, and even a fitness center!

Things to Know
This unit is located on the lower third (3rd) floor - 32 stairs total. There are no elevators on property.
The pool is open seasonally from 12:00pm-8:00pm 7 days a week. It will be closed from September 22 – November 21, 2024. A separate pool card is required for entry and can be obtained from the front desk.
This property is managed by Vacasa Colorado LLC.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 3.

Ski shuttle details: There is a free town shuttle stop in the parking lot west of the Pine Ridge check-in office. The Gold Route serves Peaks 7 & 8.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Mixed bag

It was just ok. There's were several things that might not be deal breakers but were annoying. First, the good: the location was great--easy to walk into town and near the Riverwalk area where kids can play in the river, there were lots of beds, there was space in the kitchen cabinet for food, I enjoyed the fireplace in the mornings, and we loved the pool/hot tubs. However, we did drive to the pool cause the walk was farther than we wanted to do with a small kid and all our stuff. (There are closer hot tubs though, this is just the pool). Now the annoying: several lamps were not working so it was pretty dim at night, also some light bulbs were out and they somehow still are using incandescent bulbs! There was no hand soap. The carbon monoxide detector started beeping in the wee hours of the morning and we had to scramble around to figure out what it was. These things should be checked regularly so guests aren't having to deal with it. We were also confused by the check in process... You have to check in at the pine ridge office, which is right near the condo at 400 four o clock Rd. (there is also a 400 four o clock RUN Rd. in Breck which our map took us to, so be careful!). All in all I liked the complex in general, but more care could be taken to make guests comfortable/happy.

Great Stay

Very clean unit. Good Wi-Fi. Nice assortment and plenty of bathroom towels. Very close proximity to Main Street downtown.
