Excellent, central location and the views are stunning. The host was very responsive and took care of any issues and questions we had. More like a hotel in that it isn't really equipped for eating in as we discovered. It's such a pretty studio, ir only needs a bit more attention to details, more pride of place, to rate a 5.

Spectacular view!

Room was very clean, smelled great and had all you needed. Even provided beach towels, chairs and cooler. Host is helpful and responds quickly. Would stay again.

Great little spot on the water

This looked exactly like the pictures.. host was great.. offering great tips to make sure you had a wonderful trip. The balcony was amazing! It offered nice views and a wonderful breeze.. the property where the condo was located in was a little older but it was quiet and in a great location.

We enjoyed our stay at The Sunrise Studio. Rosemary was always quick to respond whenever I messaged her and provided great recommendations for restaurants and a surfing school. The location is also very convenient because it’s close to Old San Juan, and some restaurants are within walking distance. Even when taking an Uber, rides were only a few dollars. I’d highly recommend this place if you are traveling to San Juan.

Good all around

The staff is amazing. The manager communicates very well quick responses. The views are outstanding and walking distance to a lot of things.

Condado Lagoon Villa - Property #3386751

My overall rating of this condo rental is a 1 star. There were issues with the a/c, fridge, ceiling fan light, balcony door locks, dryer, and cleanliness. The unit lists as a 4 guests rental, but beach towels and chairs, glasses, and flatware and dishes supplied were 2 of each. There were no wine glasses, and the dinner plates were styrofoam plates. Contacting the host was impossible, and getting a discount on the rental was flat out impossible.

Dear Ana, We value your feedback. You attempted to change your booking dates multiple times, and we accommodated each request. Additionally, we allowed you to check out earlier without charging you for the last night. Regarding the issues you raised, there were no problems with the AC. We provided instructions on how to use it, and you confirmed that it was working properly after setting it to fan mode. When you reported an issue with the fridge, we promptly replaced it with a brand new one for the duration of your stay. We did not receive reports of any cleaning issues from your end, except for a request for more trash bags, which we promptly provided. It's worth noting that we only supply basic amenities, so guests are responsible for purchasing any additional items they may require. However, we did supply you with extra trash bags upon request. We did not receive any complaints about the lock or the fan light. If you encountered any problems, it would have been helpful to report them so that we could have addressed them promptly. We were available to send a cleaner or a handyman if there were any concerns. The dryer handle was replaced, and we also offered you access to the shared dryers in the building during your stay. Throughout your visit, we stayed in touch with you via WhatsApp, as you mentioned that you were unable to access your Vrbo account. We made every effort to resolve any reported issues and would have appreciated your feedback during your stay rather than after your review. It would have allowed us the opportunity to assist you. Thank you.
