This professionally decorated Platinum-rated condominium has the best access at Pine Ridge to Main Street and the center of Breckenridge. The most discerning guests will appreciate the quality renovations, new furnishings, and special touches not found in other retreats. The views are spectacular with the living areas looking out towards the ski slopes and to Mt. Baldy from both bedrooms. And, to get ready for a fun winter day of snow play, you can use our hot air boot/glove dryer and warmer to get everything toasty before you head out!

When you book this charming abode, you are granted access to a plethora of fantastic on-site amenities, including a shared lawn area, a BBQ area with many gas grills, and even a fitness center!

The newly renovated kitchen is highlighted by stainless steel appliances and granite counters, including a breakfast bar that is perfect for quick meals on the go. The new dining room is set in a separate dining area and is ideal for formal meals. Curl up by the warmth of the gas fireplace and watch a favorite show or movie on the TV with your loved ones. Both bathrooms have also been updated with new cabinets, granite vanities, mirrors, tile flooring, and fresh paint. Both bedrooms have comfortable new beds, and a private wall safe to guard your valuables is located in the main bedroom.

Things to Know
This unit is located on the upper second (2nd) floor - 24 stairs total. There are no elevators on property.
Guests have access to an off-site pool. This amenity is not managed by Vacasa and is subject to availability. Access may vary depending on pool hours, temporary closures, and key card functionality. Rules, regulations and availability are outside of Vacasa’s control. We appreciate your understanding as availability may shift without notice.

Ski shuttle details: There is a free town shuttle stop in the parking lot west of the Pine Ridge check-in office. The Gold Route serves Peaks 7 & 8.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Summer weekend

Our stay was wonderful! The condo is in the perfect spot. We were able to walk about 20 minutes and see Isaak Heartstone. The amenities were great too!

Great location just be prepared for stairs.

The location was absolutely amazing. Just be prepared, the unit is on the third floor. It has great space for our whole family.

Perfect corner unit!

This condo was so spacious and furnished very nicely! It was very clean with nice linens and towels. Will stay here again. Shuttle ride to lift was quick and easy!

Easy access to town, but.

Family stayed for a long July weekend. Unit is large and family of 4 had plenty of room. Unit is stocked with the basics for cooking. Unit needed to be stocked better with the getaway essentials, shampoo, bar soap, etc. this is not the owners issue. The location of unit is great for access to Main Street Breck and walking to all restaurants, bars and activities is easy. We are well aware there is no AC in the mtns, to cool the unit, windows must be left open. This unit faces the street side, meaning traffic all day and well into the night, people walking back from main street, well past 1 am and being very loud from a good time at the local bars. This made sleeping very difficult and at one point at 1 am had to ask a group to keep walking. I’m not against having a good time but again, location of unit is loud all day and night. Besides the noise, unit is very nice. Would not stay in unit again due to noise and proximity to street.

In and out of the slopes.

Great little apartment . Well taking care. Easily access to the slopes. The only problem is the complex doesn’t have a charge station for electrical cars.
