Great host and location

Stormie is a great and responsive host. The property is clean and nice in a central location with lots of things to do nearby.

Close-In and Stylishly Cozy

Very stylish 1 bdrm 1 bathw/shower, nicely furnished and cleverly stocked kitchen. There is a nice patio seating area and cooling AC in both rooms! Location is strategically within downtown Vacaville and local eateries. Very comfortable! Would stay here again while visiting family or touring Napa wine region.

Sweet Gem

Great private place for a stay. Very clean & efficiently stocked w/ all that u need. Bed is super comfty. Check out supper easy!! I will return.

Comfy and Cozy

Just what I needed. Place was very clean, and comfy. I was able to celebrate an early Christmas with my daughter, cooking dinner with her and wrapping presents. The location was very central for me. To be able to also go to her college basketball games. Stormi was a great host. Helped with any questions I had. I would definitely stay here again.. It is within walking distance to downtown Vacaville. Unfortunately the weather was bad so I was unable to walk downtown.

In order to be considered "luxe", a property must be of a high quality inside AND out. The exterior of this property is in need of some paint and other maintenance. Very poor first impression. The private patio area had not been cleaned in some time as evidence by the dust and debris on the seating. The cooktop barely worked, with only one of the four heating elements functional. Finally, the surrounding neighborhood is far from "luxe". Not the stay I had planned for nor expected based on the listing.

I am so sorry to hear this, when you notified me about the stove, I offered to take care of it & drop off a temporary solution. The Samsung stove is only 3 years old, so it is very unfortunate that not all of the burners were working. A new one has been installed since your stay. I am not sure what you mean by it is in need of paint & repairs outside? The exterior paint is only a couple years old. It is fall, so there are leaves dropping daily, and wind bringing in dust, but I have reminded the cleaners to make sure they are checking outside as we have a high cleaning standard. We are in the Historic Area of Downtown Vacaville, and this neighborhood is highly desirable to the locals. Most people who stay have commented on how much they enjoyed the location & walkability to Historic Downtown. I sincerely apologize for the stove, but I feel good about my immediate response to rectify the situation, which you declined. You also sent a message that same day saying how problematic it was that you could not find an oven mitt. I offered to bring one, since it seemed to have gone missing. You declined that as well. You will be happy to know there are two in the kitchen. I hope anyone reading this takes the time to read all of our other reviews which are 5 stars & speak to the over-all guest experience. Airbnb has hundreds of reviews as well. I hope your Golf Tournament was a success. Best-Stormie
