Looking to enjoying your vacation up close and personal with Hawaii's beautiful beaches and ocean? This oceanfront villa is the one for you! You'll be impressed with the spectacular unobstructed ocean view. It's one of the rare villas that is situated in the resort so the ocean and beach is right in front of you almost as if you can touch it!

This luxury villa is located in the Beach Tower (closest tower to the ocean and beach) on the 8th floor in the stack next to the end cap ocean front villas (B808). The villa faces northwest, and at certain times of the year you can enjoy the sunset from the lanai (end of winter through summer). It has been professionally decorated and furnished. The spacious lanai is accessed through not only the living area but also the master bedroom. The sliding glass doors open allowing the living area to become part of the lanai. The spacious villa is 1,171 square feet with a 251 square foot lanai has a king size and two twin extra-long beds (option to combine together as a king), and sofa bed.

Perfect in so many ways!

Our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teens) absolutely loved our stay. The view was wonderful, the space was clean and comfortable and the location was great. The lagoon was the perfect place to spend time in the ocean. We'd stay there again if the opportunity ever arises.

February stay

Great unit that we really enjoyed our stay at. Perhaps some kitchen ware and the outdoor lanai furniture could use some updating. We were unfortunate enough to stay during American Idol filming at Aulani and it was very loud and very bright lights. I’m sure nothing they could do about it.We plan to stay here again.

Perfect Condo stay for our Wedding

The room had all the essentials to make for a perfect stay in Ko Olina. The view is beautiful from the patio, where we enjoyed a cup of coffee every morning. There were toys and beach supplies (chairs, mats, snorkel gear, boogie boards) that came in really handy down at the lagoon for the little ones. And the service downstairs at the Makai Hale Bar is great

Fabulous accommodation on Oahu

Fantastic location with amazing views. Condo and resort property were immaculately kept. Resort contact was prompt with any questions we had. The lagoon in front of the resort was never crowded and water was beautiful. Great place to stay away from the crowds in Waikiki. My family was thanking me for choosing this condo!

Amazing location and perfect place to stay

This property was immaculate, well located to have a quiet stay but also close enough to get into more populous areas. The lagoons were well taken care of. Our kids loved the pools. Would highly recommend this as a place to stay.

Relaxing in Ko Olina

The resort is beautiful, everything about the pool and beach could not be better. The accommodations were exactly as described and the condo had everything we needed. Walking the beach path, golfing and yummy food made this a perfect week in Ko Olina.

Amazing family vacation.

We loved staying at this location. We loved the resort feel of the property. Since we don’t like eating out for every meal while on vacation having a kitchen is a must for us. I loved the view from the lanai, best place to drink our morning coffee. There are shops and restaurants near by (walking distance). It’s the prefect place to stay on Oahu.

Unforgettable Stay with Stunning Views and Exceptional Hospitality!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful unit! The location was absolutely perfect, offering breathtaking views of the lagoons. The unit itself was spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed—from a fully stocked kitchen to all the essential toiletries and bath accessories. What truly set this property apart was the dining table on the balcony. We enjoyed our dinners there every evening with stunning sunset views, creating unforgettable memories. We were even lucky enough to watch fireworks from the balcony during the Food and Wine Festival near the Disney resort—an unbelievably beautiful sight! On top of the incredible property, the owner was incredibly kind and attentive, making communication easy and pleasant. We highly recommend this property and hope to return someday!

Great family trip!

We stayed as a family (husband, my toddler, my mom and myself) and the setup was perfect to give our little family of 3 some privacy while also providing privacy and space for my mom. We all had everything we needed for a comfortable and convenient stay - from the kitchen, to the laundry, we felt well equipped for the week. While the resort doesn’t have some of the amenities that others do, it’s a quick walk along a beach front paved path to reach the Marriott and Aulani to take advantage of their eateries and spa services. The gravel-bottom pool was great for our toddler, and the pool itself was fun, warm, and relaxing for all of us. Overall a really nice stay.

Perfect location for a quiet getaway

This condo was the perfect mix of privacy while still remaining close to big city amenities. The heated lap pool was wonderful and the lagoons were beautiful. The condo was well appointed and very comfortable. Probably had the most comfortable bed I’ve ever had in a rental! Thank you for an excellent stay!

Beatiful place and location, only issue was master shower. Can't adjust shower head to keep it from leaking out and flooding the outside and flooding the toilet area it drained into.

Was Magical

Jody and I decided on a destination wedding in Oahu. The location was only about a mile away at the cuttest chapel nearby. We have family living on the island and were only 20 minutes away. We chose this place partly because of location and being on the beach but also because of the layout and size of the kitchen and open areas. Overall we had a most enjoyable time with friends and family and would recommend this specific unit in a heartbeat. If I were to nitpick the only thing that was needing repair was the wine cooler and needing new batteries in the trashcan lid but those were not a concern to us and hence why we didn't subtract from our 5 star rating.

Gorgeous but not 6 beds

The location is stunning! The lagoons and golf and are incredible. There’s lots of toys inside the apartment for kids and it’s a lovely villa. However this does not have six beds or a sofa sleeper so when it says “sleeps six” it means people will be sleeping on an air mattress that you have to blow up using only a hairdryer - there’s not a pump and neither air mattress will stay inflated. No where on the listing is this sleeping arrangement indicated! If I would’ve known we wouldn’t have chosen this VRBO. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Absolutely spectacular ocean view!!

Wow!! The photos don’t do justice to this incredible view. Simply breathtaking!! We loved having meals and drinks on the lanai, enjoyed the comfy beds and well-stocked kitchen. The condo is huge and the washer & dryer were super handy too. We absolutely loved the gorgeous grounds and amazing amenities at the Ko’ Olina Beach Villas. The pools are beautiful and well maintained. Our kids especially enjoyed the koi ponds, the sandy pool (where you can build sand castles) and the yummy slushies and ice cream at the pool bar. The lagoon and beach are too good to be true! It’s sandy - no water shoes needed and very calm with turquoise-blue water. We loved paddle boarding, swimming, and snorkeling. We can’t wait to return!! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. What an amazing vacation!!

Ko Olina Beach Villas is an amazing resort that's new to the area! It's located close enough to Honolulu allowing easy access to the airport and to the shopping and beaches of Waikiki. Conveniently just steps away from the resort is the lagoon and sandy beach. This lagoon is calm and great for swimming as well as for children wading in the water. There's even fish to see for those who love to snorkel! The four lagoons along the coast are connected together by a sidewalk providing a pleasant walking excursion and allowing easy access to the various restaurants. This resort just has it all for a laid back Hawaii vacation of doing nothing but enjoying the sun and beach and for those wanting to be tourists and enjoy the adventures Hawaii has to offer.
