Great Location

Our family of 6 stayed at the property and it was everything we needed. Exceptional location, property manager was a 10 +, unit was well kept. Definitely would rent again.

Great place for our ‘Ohana

We stayed at this property for a quick trip to Maui. It had everything we needed to prepare meals and the lanai was our family’s favorite spot after a long day out. Great design and functional layoutb.

Poor communication and response

I stayed 6 nights with my family. The place is ok. I had some intermittent communication with the host on verb messaging which was very frustrating. They also tried to charge me extra for late checkout although the listing stated free late check out with 5 day booking.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I had an amazing stay at this property. The 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit provided breathtaking views of the ocean, and its convenient location just across the street from the beach was unbeatable. I loved that it was within walking distance of various eateries, making dining out a breeze. The interior was beautifully decorated and equipped with new amenities, which added to the overall comfort of the stay. I couldn't have asked for a better place to relax and enjoy my time in Maui. Great for our little family! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a fantastic vacation spot!

Cute condo is great location

We had a great stay at Parkshore Maui. The condo was perfect for our family of three. While there is no air conditioning, we were able to keep cool by having the window slates open and fans on. There was quite a bit of road noise but really didn’t both us sleeping. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with any pan or utensil we would need. They even had glass storage containers. It’s a wonderful location for kids since it’s right across from Kam III and the building’s pool is so close. The condo itself was also great for kids. There were several toys, games and books along with sand toys and even an infant life jacket. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful Condo!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the new renovations in this condo. It had great views of the pool and across the street was the ocean. It had everything including shampoo conditioner and body wash when we arrived making it very convenient. It was full of snorkle gear for each guest as well. We found it a bit to hot for the first night staying there as it did not have an air conditioner, but after we realized we could open the slates on the windows in the living room open all night and the bedroom window slates, if we kept the bedroom doors open it would give a good enough breeze throughout the condo that it was kept cool enough for us after that! Just took us a day or two to figure out! Definitely would go back to this property again!
