To Reserve The House, We Take A $400.00 Deposit And The Balance Is Due 30 Days Prior To Your Arrival.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit. If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit. If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

Amazing condo, perfect location

We had a wonderful stay in Maui. The accommodations surpassed our expectations and we would recommend this unit to anyone looking to visit Maui. The bedrooms are very comfortable and the air conditioning works perfectly. There were a few small items missing in the kitchen but a quick text to Matt and the issue was resolved. Thank you!

Wonderful getaway

Loved the ground unit and proximity to the beach. Great amenities in this unit. It would have been a bit nicer if there were 6 barstools so we all could sit for any meals. A small detail as everything else was great. Thanks for a wonderful stay. Will stay here again.

Had all we needed for all different age groups!

This unit was perfect for our family. It was on the first floor-perfect for my parents; they were able to get to unit with less walking. Perfect for children; they walked right out of the balcony to play and get to the pool. It was in a great location- accross the street the beach; then walking out to the beach and to our left a great strip for running. If you went to the right, it was filled with shops and places to eat with choices for the whole family. Above all, we loved that the unit had everything we needed- especially the wagon of beach necesities.

Amazing Place

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second time staying in this unit in five years. The remodel is a really nice touch; everything looked new or brand new. It's location on the lawn and proximity to the pool are just fantastic. Our only complaint is that we didn't stay a few nights longer. I really liked how the unit had plenty of garbage bags, soaps, detergents, beach gear, and some basic spices and condiments; those things aren't so fun to purchase on a short vacation. The management company, PMI, is really responsive and was kind enough to lend a crib and high chair; we stay at a fair number of VRBO and have seen the spectrum. We will for sure come back to Kamaole Sands and would make a point of returning to this particular unit if it worked out.

Beautiful location - nicely furnished

We had a wonderful stay. The condo is in a great location convenient to all of Kihei. Within the development, it is set back from all the roads so generally very quiet. We took advantage of the pool and grills on the property which were a great asset. We were very thankful to have beach chairs, towels, umbrella and especially the wagon to haul things to the beach. I love a ground floor unit that you can walk right out of. This lanai is set back in farther from other making it very private nice landscaping around it. Our son slept on the pull out sofa which wasn't very comfortable. But I guess that's the nature of sofa sleepers.

Great last minute stay

We booked this unit two days before our arrival, and they were nothing but accommodating and gracious to us with flight changes and other travel issues. Will definitely stay here again!

Perfect unit for small family

This is our third stay at Kamaole Sands and is by far our favorite unit. The two bedrooms is a must with a little one and the abundance in beach gear was a great surprise. I would highly recommend this unit for a small family - it is everything you need and more. We’ll definitely be coming back here when we visit next.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second stay at Kamaole Sands through PMI and we wish we could book next year again if finances weren’t a limiting factor. Kamaole Sands is THE prime property in Kihei. We had several friends visiting (4 different families) at the same time as us and all of them commented how they wish they were at Kam Sands. The property ground is gorgeously maintained and proximity to the best beach in Kihei is a quick and safe 3 min walk. The condo itself is well-equipped with every kitchen appliance you could want, comfortable beds, and lovely decor. We’ve never used the TVs but they are big. Both trips we have stayed in building 5 in ground floor units that open onto a flat manicured lawn for our preschooler to safely play, mere steps to the pool, and with peek-a-boo views of the ocean. If you get up early in the morning when your neighbors are still asleep you can actually hear the surf break the shore from the lanai. With that said, even when your neighbors are awake it is unlikely you’ll hear them inside or outside the condo (from the two units we stayed in bldg 5). As for PMI Maui managing agency, they are professional and QUICK to respond to any concerns or questions. Last year I made a comment to them about how I prefer hotter water temperatures and within hours they had a plumber on site to crank up the water heater. This year our beach buggy broke so we opted for the pool. When we returned from the pool a short while later we found a brand new beach buggy waiting for us. When we travel to Hawaii we go as a three generation family of five ranging in age from 3-75 and everyone loves it. The amenities accommodate a wide range of interests and preferences. I would choose PMI in the future without hesitation.

Great rental

Great stay!

Great condo. Nice size. Loved the big kitchen, which was well-equipped. Beach supplies came in very handy. Was missing the cooler. I called property management and they dropped off a brand new one the same day. Very responsive property management. Great customer service. Split a/c was great. It was hard to find a unit with it. We were happy to find this one. Close to pool and walking distance to a beach across the street. Pretty property. Very pleased. Would highly recommend, especially this particular unit. Very clean.
