The property is well maintained. Screened back porch provides stunning views of Lake Lure. Perfect for relaxing with a good book!Near two golf courses, (2nd tee may be viewed from the front porch)with many hiking trails, we totally enjoyed a relaxing getaway in the NC mountains.

We had an amazing time! The view from the back deck was beautiful and serene. We traveled with our toddler and 4 month old to visit family, and the toddler loved it! The lake house was very clean, the kitchen was beautiful and overlooks the lake. The host, Chris, is very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed and had great communication. We will definitely stay again!

This townhouse was well appointed with a recently updated kitchen, comfortable beds and excellent air conditioning. The host (Chris) was very communicative and easy to work with. I would definitely stay here again!

Excellent place in the perfect location. Everything we needed was in place for us. The back screened in porch was so peaceful and relaxing. We sat there for hours watching wildlife and folks enjoying the lake.The host was very reachable and communicated with us often to check on our comfort.Having Rumbling Bald activities so close was amazing!We plan to return and will try to get the same place again!

We stayed at this sweet condo for two nights and I wish we could have stayed longer. We especially loved the porches but screened one out back overlooking Buffalo Lake was our favorite place for coffee, meals and cocktail hour! The kitchen is well equipped. I appreciate the starter supplies were incredible helpful. The living space was inviting and comfortable with a large picture window overlooking the front porch and the second hole. The host Chris was helpful and responded quickly to our questions. Check in and check out instructions were clear and convenient. We will definitely return....hopefully soon!

This property is right on the lake with beautiful mountain views on almost every side. We watched a beaver building his dam almost every evening-Like you could hear him chewing with his big teeth. The grocery store, restaurants, and activities are within a 15-30 minute drive. The resort itself is safe and beautiful! Consider a boat rental! If you’re looking for peace and quiet or a fun family vacation, this is a great choice! And yes, we saw a bear in town!

The unit has 4 outdoor spaces. A screened in porch looking at a lake or sit out front and look at the second fairway on the golf course. Lots to do, you will see a bear. Well I’ve seen 4 so far. The unit has a lot of space and a very comfortable bed. We will be back. Mark

Wonderful week

We enjoyed the beautiful view while relaxing on the porch; the Rumbling Bald restaurants and amenities; and even did a couple easy-moderate hikes in the area. We would definitely like to return.

Lake Lure Getaway

We loved this 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom Villa right on the water. Beautiful sunrises! Great view of the golf course. We found food options limited but next time we do more grocery shopping be fore our stay

Our stay at the Bald Mountain Lake condo was fantastic! The location is perfect for fishing or kayaking right off the private pier in the condo’s backyard, and we loved using the resort pool and lazy river, just a short drive across the golf course. It’s an ideal spot for a peaceful lake getaway.The host was easy to communicate with and was quick with responses, which made the booking process smooth and stress-free. However, there are a couple of things to keep in mind. After booking through VRBO, you’ll need to complete an identification check and pay a non-refundable security deposit, which was a first for me. Additionally, to access the WiFi, you’ll need to provide an email address. Despite these minor inconveniences, we highly recommend this condo for a relaxing escape!

Amazing condo in the golf course

Wow. This was the perfect place to celebrate a milestone birthday. The front of the property faces holes 2&3 of the Bald Mountain Golf Course, and the back screened porch looks over the lake.
