The location couldn't be more ideal for a four-season mountain escape: catch the van service to the ski resort in winter, or step right onto hiking and biking trails when summer arrives. Well-behaved pups are welcome to join the adventure.

Main Level

Just past the foyer, a serene bedroom awaits with a brand-new king mattress, a TV, generous closet space, and private access to a full bath featuring a spacious shower enclosure and granite vanity—doubling as a convenient powder room for the main floor. Beyond it, the living space unfolds in a graceful wrap of windows, framing sweeping views of Paradise Divide and centered around a crackling wood-burning fireplace, a smart TV, and cozy seating for six. Thoughtful Crested Butte-inspired decor and lush natural greenery lend the whole space a warm, inviting glow. The kitchen is a cook's delight, with elegant granite countertops, a 5-burner gas range, and every appliance you could wish for, alongside a dining table for six and a quiet workspace for anyone who needs to steal away for a moment.



Lower Level

Downstairs, two beautifully appointed guest bedrooms share a full bath: one with two brand-new twin beds and a desk, perfect for kids or friends traveling together, the other offering a peaceful retreat with a new queen mattress. The shared bath is designed with ease in mind—a tub/shower combo and toilet tucked to one side, with a separate double-vanity space for effortless mornings. A full-size washer/dryer and utility closet complete this level, ready for longer stays.



All of our kitchens are fully stocked with pots, pans, cookware and utensils. While most properties have salt, pepper, and basic cooking pantry items, we do not guarantee these will be available upon arrival.



Parking: All vehicles must park in the driveway.  The garage is not for guest use, except for gear storage.  We can accommodate 2 vehicles outside the garage.  NO on street parking is allowed in the town of Mt. Crested Butte.



This house is in a quiet neighborhood on Paradise Road.  The free van service, "Fresh Tracks" will stop in front of the house for access to the ski area.  You can hop on a bus at the ski area and ride down to the Town of Crested Butte.  The ski resort is approximately .6 of a mile if you choose to walk.  There is great cross country skiing and snowshoeing close by.  In the summer months, the location couldn't be better for access to some of the best mountain biking and hiking trails in the area.

The Neighborhood:

Paradise Road is a tightknit community of local and 2nd homeowners. Its not uncommon to see people out and about on walks, working in their yard or conversing with their neighbors.



Getting Around:

You would need a car.
