The Space:

The first floor features a spacious, well-designed kitchen with an expansive island and brand-new appliances, opening onto a bright, open floor plan filled with natural light—ideal for the whole group to gather. The adjacent dining area includes a built-in banquette with room for 8, and the living room offers a large smart TV, gas fireplace, and a full pull-out couch for extra space to spread out. Rounding out this floor is a king guest room with TV, a full bath, and a laundry/mudroom area off the two-car garage, which includes a full-size washer/dryer and an EV charger.



The second floor holds two more guest rooms—one with a queen bed and TV, the other with twin bunk beds plus a twin with trundle—sharing a full bath with a soaking tub. A new hot water system from the recent remodel ensures hot water is never an issue.



End your day with a soak in the private outdoor hot tub, Mt. Crested Butte rising in the background, or watch the sunset from the front covered deck. A free, year-round, on-demand van service runs from the property to the ski resort, connecting to the free town shuttle into Crested Butte. In summer, popular hiking and biking trails are just outside the door—ride right from the house.



All of our kitchens are fully stocked with pots, pans, cookware and utensils. While most properties have salt, pepper, and basic cooking pantry items, we do not guarantee these will be available upon arrival.



NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED anywhere on the premises. Any evidence of smoke will incur fees.
