Savannah Sands is a luxury beachfront home located on the beautiful, private beaches of Seaside, Florida. This incredible home is located on two beachfront lots providing stunning 360-degree panoramic Seaside town, gulf, and sunset views from the second story and the expansive open air roof top deck. This cottage has undergone several renovations (kitchen & bathrooms) and has designer furnishings throughout the home.

Park in your own dedicated private driveway with parking for two cars! This coastal retreat is located just steps to the beach access at Savannah Pavilion. A beachfront lot has been converted to your own private park with a sandy footpath that leads to beachfront seating area with two Adirondack chairs to enjoy the incredible sunsets. A perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail.

The first level includes a spacious king master bedroom with its own renovated ensuite private bathroom. The king master has new designer furnishings, a large mounted flat screen TV, small closet, and a private bathroom with dual marble vanities and a glass enclosed walk-in shower. The second bedroom is a queen bedroom with a closet, plenty of hooks for storage and shares a full hall bathroom. The king and queen bedrooms have shared access to a rear screened in porch with two rockers, a perfect to relax while listening to the waves crash. The third bedroom down features two twins, a dresser, small closet, and plenty of hooks for your beach gear. This bedroom shares the full hall bath with the queen, this shared bathroom features a single vanity and a tub & shower combination.

Head up the stately staircase to discover stunning gulf views that flood the entire second floor living areas. To the left is a recently renovated kitchen complete with gulf views, a breakfast bar with seating for two, a built-in desk for working remote, and all the kitchen necessities for dining in. As well as a half bath for guests. An adjacent dining area features a large dining table that comfortably seats six with gulf views and is the perfect family spot for evening meals or game nights. The adjacent living area has new designer furnishings, a large flat screen TV, and an adjacent seating area with two club chairs. One true gem of this home is the beachfront rear open air porch with stunning gulf views and bar top Adirondack seating for four, the perfect spot to watch a sunrise or sunset and enjoy the gulf breeze.

The final gem of this home, a third-floor enclosed glass tower and a substantial open air 360-degree panoramic roof top deck with unobstructed gulf and Seaside towns views in every direction! This expansive wrap around roof top deck provides beachfront Adirondack bar seating with the most incredible gulf and sunset views. This is the prime location to enjoy the Fourth of July or New Year’s Eve fireworks from your own beachfront roof top deck, the best fireworks viewing spot in town!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve rented in Seaside and Seagrove since the mid 1980’s, but never for three weeks. Savannah Sands was a great home and awesome location for an extended stay. The only thing missing was an outside grill, but that just meant more meals at the great local walkable spots. Homeowners staff was excellent with communications. Highly recommend Savannah Sands and Homeowners Collection!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this house! It is in a PERFECT location, we loved that we could walk to everything and the beach pavilion was super close. The house had a great AC system, Sonos speakers and plenty of space to spread out. Other folks weren’t kidding when they said it had a lot of hooks—but those were actually super handy. Our only feedback was that we’d love if the house had a cookie sheet and salt/pepper. The management company was extremely proactive, responsive and easy to work with. We can’t wait to come back!
