This home is meticulously kept, fresh remodel in 2025, and ideal for a family getaway or two to three couples with kids. There are two Kings and 1 Queen Bed in 3 bedrooms on the second floor, one being a master with private bath and patios, plus a bunk room with two twin beds on the first floor, and a loft with full size futon on the 3rd floor. Large Kitchen with sitting area that opens to screened in heated pool with over 2000 sq ft of decking. Private lot in cul-de-sac. Fenced yard with back gate opening to back road straight into Seaside community and walkway to beaches, shops, and dining. Cannot get much closer to the beach without paying for beachfront. Small well trained pets allowed on a case by case basis with additional pet fee.

**Golf cart rental is not guaranteed. Should the golf cart need to be serviced a back up golf cart will not be provided and no compensation will be given.

This was our second stay. First stay in summer 2024. Excellent home and host. Cart and pool are a plus. Good communication during stay. Will probably stay again.

Definitely we will be booking again! This place is great. Short walk or ride to the beach, quite neighborhood, wonderful pool. The pool guys come on Tuesdays, and we arrived on Monday, so the pool couldn't have been cleaner. Primary Suite was wonderful - spacious and cool. AC worked well. We had a great trip, highly recommend the house.

My family stayed at Two Scoops while celebrating my daughter’s wedding. The house is beautiful and accommodated 10 comfortably. It was great having the pool to cool off and the beach was a short walk away. It was convenient having the Gem cart available to move everyone around. Scott was very responsive and helpful! We will be back!

House was fantastic! So much space and easy living. The pictures don’t do it justice. Kids loved the pool and easy beach access. The golf cart was a great additive for runs into the square. Can’t wait to book again.

Two Scoops was a great house for our family Christmas vacation. Close to Seaside restaurants and shopping. Cooked a big meal on Christmas Day and had plenty of cooking utensils. Comfy, big rooms.

We loved the place! Perfect place to spend a week with family. The screened in pool and porch was enjoyed everyday. The proximity to less crowded beaches was another huge plus.

Our family enjoyed our stay at this property. The pool was inviting and it was great having a porch so we could still enjoy the outdoors on the rainy days. The house was exceptionally clean and inviting, and the beds were comfortable. We all appreciated how accommodating the host was.

Spacious and clean house. Beautiful screened in porch area with pool is great for evening meals and morning coffee. We found all of the necessities readily available. Downtown easily accessible by foot, bike, or cart. Very peaceful neighborhood.

The property was very clean and well maintained. I especially appreciated the safeguards in place to keep a very active 3-year-old away from the pool unless accompanied by an adult. The beach was a very short walk away, and there were plenty of food options close by. We had an awesome time.

Best kept secret!

Love this clean, comfortable house close to the beach in a quiet, friendly neighborhood! Fantastic host who truly does all he can to make your stay a wonderful experience! This was our 2nd trip here, & we plan to return.

Great house!!

We loved our vacation at this beautiful home! It is spacious and clean! The beach is close by and the neighborhood is quiet and beautiful! Scott was quick to respond when I had questions. We will be back for sure!

The house was immaculate. The pool area, porch furniture all needed to be cleaned but given the fact we were in 2 hours before check in we cleaned it. We had a couple of issues. Host answered immediately. Issues fixed before we got back from the beach.Additional information. Quiet neighborhood with beautiful new homes. We rented 2 weeks, 6/6/26 to 6/20/26.1. Lot's of pool toys in the garage.2. Six bikes in the garage.3. 6 seater Gem cart; we tooled around town, so fun.4. The Central market with lot's of stores, food trucks and restaurants are literally a 15 walk. All sidewalks.5. The beach, let's say 1 block, gate 22, crossing 30A from the house. We dropped our stuff with the Gem cart and then parked it across the street, small amount of parking on the road instead of going back to the house.6. At beach gate 22, very roomy, lot's of people to the left and right but in that area it was less crowded.7. Publix a 30 min walk all sidewalks from the house or take the gem cart.8. Heated pool, easy to turn on.9. Gas grill with gas plumbed in, no tank.10. Covered pool was the best, no bugs.

Formerly a business owner, I left Nashville to pursue Vacation Property Management full time and live life in one of the most beautiful places on Earth. I take great pride in my properties and strive to create repeat guests that share my love for the area and my homes.

Great place perfectly situated in a cul de sac with lots of trees but just steps from everything you want. Lots of extras and has almost everything you will need as it was previously a full time residence. I frequently update the furniture, bedding and linens, as well as recently updating the kitchen, and painting the interior and exterior.

Most people feel the pictures don't do it justice, but if anything is not quite right when you stay I am just down the road.
