We had a great stay at the property. Pool was great, the closeness of the beach was amazing. 20 of us stayed for a bachelorette trip and the houses were everything we had hoped them to be. Cool was great with communication. I would stay at the property again.

The setup was great for our group of 35 people. It was nice to use both kitchens for meal prep and the kitchens had everything we needed. The pool was large and private and the beachfront access made coming and going between the house and beach convenient. The host, Chuck, was attentive and responsive. We would definitely stay here again for our annual trip.

Our group enjoyed a great stay! The space was clean, well supplied, and met all our needs. The outdoor space and heated pool made a few rainy and cool days easy to enjoy. The communication was so helpful and any question answered in a timely manner. They made sure our sta was a success. We will stay again!

My husband, myself, and our wedding party stayed here for our wedding week. It was the perfect size for our group- both the groomsmen and their partners, as well as the bridesmaids and their partners. We were able to host the rehearsal dinner here as well, in addition to a welcome party! Everyone had great things to say about the space. It was clean, spacious, and the outdoor area was amazing. We loved the proximity to the beach as well. We also used the house as the getting ready areas on the day of the wedding. Vendors were able to get their equipment up to the house and settled. The natural light is perfect for doing hair and makeup. It being a duplex was perfect for keeping the groomsmen and bridal party separate. The back of the house facing the ocean is beautiful and we used it as a spot for our first look and private vows. We’re excited for those pictures to come back :) we’re so grateful to have been able to stay at this house for our wedding. The owners were very responsive to any messages/questions we had as well. Highly recommend this property, especially if you’re using it for any wedding purposes!

Kylie, using the ocean-facing back of the house for your first look and private vows is such a specific, perfect detail, and that natural light for hair and makeup clearly earned its reputation. A duplex that keeps two parties separate while hosting a rehearsal dinner and welcome party is a genuinely rare find. Wishing you and your husband every happiness, and those photos are going to be stunning.

The house was a good size for our large family of 34. It had not been cleaned well before our check-in, showed wear and tear, and had some damage but management was responsive to us. The pool was advertised to be cleaned daily but it was not which was very disappointing because it was a big part of our choosing the property and because of the beach having red flag days for swimming some days. On the bright side, the beds were comfortable, the kitchens well stocked, the location great, the parking ample, the golf carts added convenience, the water pressure in the house great, and so much more that would bring us back!

Great Pool

The house is nice, but definitely not as nice as the pictures make it look. It was not very clean at check in, and the carpet upstairs is gross. The bathrooms aren’t great either. But the location is perfect, the pool area is fantastic and the golf carts were a lot of fun.

Our shower curtain was covered in mold. Our sink didn't drain and filled up quickly just when we were washing our hands. The golf carts shown in the photos are NOT what you receive and do NOT seat that many people. One golf cart was basically unusable and had really unstable steering. We had our wedding and reception (with 27 people in total) near the pool and that was nice, but we received a noise complaint at 10:30pm for using our bluetooth speaker. I know this listing advertises weddings though, so that was surprising. The pool was nice and someone came to clean it daily, which was great. I'm not sure it was worth the price to heat it, though. STAIRS. There are so many stairs. Going up and down the stairs to go from the pool to kitchen/bathroom/etc got really old after a while, but I think being on a lower level kept us out of the wind a little bit which was nice. We were able to check in a few hours early, which we really appreciated. The bedrooms are really small and I'm honestly not sure how 48 people would stay here and have enough room for their luggage, etc. There are two bedrooms with locked closets, so those rooms didn't have any storage space at all. The bathroom on the main floor is really small - my husband referred to it as the "airplane bathroom." The listing states the beds are queens, but I'm pretty sure they're doubles.
