The house was absolutely amazing, it worked out perfectly for our mini weekend vacation. The outside party area was super nice and a good spot to hang out.

This is a beautiful property. The cabin is spacious with plenty of room. There is an amazing fire pit outside. There is an additional enclosed area between the 2 cabins onsite. The teens loved using it as a hang out. We really enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful place to relax

This place is clean, location id prefect and located right under beautiful large oak trees. The property offers the best "Old Florida" experience I have found in Salt Springs. Will be booking again for sure!

This is I believe our 5th or 6th time staying at Tom's place. We rented the whole place, both the 1 and 2 bedroom homes for our annual Memorial Day weekend with our son and his buddies. We absolutely love it there. The place is clean and decorated oh so cute. It has everything you would need, just like at home. The lake access is great if you bring a boat but nothing compares to the view of the lake and the amazing sunsets in the evening that you can enjoy on the porch or around the fire pit. Tom is an exceptional host. Come stay and enjoy all the home has to offer, that is if we haven't already booked it

Second Time Around

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this property. The first time was great. This time, apparently, there was a problem with the water pump system which we were unaware of. The water smelled horrible and there was little water pressure. Not sure we would stay again

The problem was reported on the last day of the clients two day stay, so I wasn't able to address the issue while they where at the cottage. It turns out it was a Clogged Water Filter on the WELL PUMP, and was corrected that day. I would gladly offer a free extra day stay on another 2 day rental if the client wants to come back. I couldn't have foreseen this and put in place a monthly maintenance review of things like this.

Memorial Memories

We rented the whole place, both the 1 bedroom and the 2 bedroom. My Son was home from the Military for the weekend and had 5 of his buddies come and stay as well. We had the best time, the places are beautiful and the owner Tom is amazing to deal with. This is the 4th time we have stayed here and already have it booked for July 4th again. We made memories that will last us all forever. There is plenty of room to park your boat and just enjoy the lake, build ya a fire and have ample space to hang out and have a good time. Book this place, you will not regret it. That is if we haven't already.

Holiday Heaven Weekend

Let me say I could sit on the back porch of this property and soak in the lake views for hours. Sunset is absolutely incredible. The place is great, clean, comfortable and has all the amenities you need. The party barn is an awesome space and adds unique charm to the whole place. This is our 2nd time renting with Tom, who is beyond accommodating and a great guy. We are already looking to book again. He also has a 1 bedroom 1 bath avaliable and would be a great way to accommodate a larger family or a few couples and you could have the whole property to yourselves, both rentals and the party barn. Easy access to Lake Kerr and plenty of space to bring your boat. You will not be disappointed with a stay here!!!
