Property is exactly as described and more. Home is comfortable with basic items to start you off and spices etc to share. Cleaning supplies are accessible which are often behind locked doors and the windows open!!!!! This home is very welcoming. Lanai is lovely, yard is nice with fire pit. Dock is great with wonderful views of sunset. Dollar General 5 min away and grocery store 15 minutes away. Outdoor/indoor dining options nearby, very friendly neighborhood. Property has all you need for a great getaway.

Awesome place!

2nd time here, again wonderful stay! Brought our own boat this time so it made it even better! Love the proximity to Renegades for lunch or dinner, and convenient boat ramp! Thanks for a great relaxing week!

Great location peaceful and quiet.

We came for a boat run/sand bar spring hangout event with a bunch of other fast boats. It was nice being located so close to boat ramps and good places to eat. Everything was just as shown and Justin was great with responding to help us out.

River house!

Perfect weekend getaway! Loved the quiet, peaceful setting on the river. Lots of birds, fish, and alligators. Home was very well maintained and provided everything we needed. Thank you for sharing!

Great river getaway

We had a wonderful Memorial Day weekend. We couldn’t ask for anymore. Awesome view of the river and close to the springs. We will definitely be back!

Comfortable riverfront home

Just as advertised. Relaxing and quiet setting. Enjoyed the wildlife and saw an eagle in the front yard. Made a nice stopover on our trip further South.

Perfect Location

Was all we wanted. Great location for us, to fish and hang out. Home was awesome, clean nice lay out, had all we needed, (that we didnt bring), was quiet and relaxing. Will definitely be going back there.

Friends Wedding weekend

It was perfect and close enough to Pomona park for the ever after farms wedding venue. The view was amazing and peaceful. My husband and son and brother enjoyed fishing.

Beatutiful Property!

The home more than met our expectations. One of the best properties we have ever stayed in on a vacation. The perfect place for relaxing. Highly recommend! Owners were great to work with and very good at communicating throughout the rental process.

Lovely, well maintained home!

We had a really relaxed time on the St. James river. The house could not have been any better for us. Would definitely consider coming back.

The house is well furnished and high quality

A nice experience but a long way from civilization. The house lived up to the advertisement. Next time we will get closer to the coast.

I am glad the house lived up to your expectation and sorry you did not realize you would be so far from the coast. I do provide the location in the listing so assumed you would know where it was located. And yes, we are in rural Florida, Old Florida, and not much around us which I do tell people. The house is suited for those that want a water front experience and enjoy the laid back surroundings.

Great home in a quiet location

My family stayed here over the Thanksgiving holiday to get away and have some downtime and we were really pleased with the home. There's plenty of space inside and it's well appointed. There was enough room for the kids to play in one room while the adults socialized in another. The dock offered some amazing sunset views. Looking forward to staying here again in the future!
