NOT AS LISTED! Initial check went well. Immediately noticed front door did not latch. House had a bit of a smell looked clean, outside of the carpet stains. backyard had garbage/debris all over. The 2 garbage bins were overflowing. Recycle was full. needed to reach out to property owner for garbage pickup day, no instructions in the home. tried to open the hot tub, could not get cover off. appeared to be stuck/locked. the liner was hanging in the hot tub and soaking up water making it weigh over at least 150 pounds. We had to push and struggle to get it off. the hot tub was atrocious (see pics). tub had not been cleaned in months. filters were clogged/moldy, physical jet nozzles missing, whole series of jets didn’t power on. property owner did get a company out the next day, tub did not work properly. asked for partial refund since hot tub is in title of listing and was a deciding factor in our house selection - avid hiking and relaxation needs. he then stopped responding. The kitchen sink handle was broken, no board games as pictured, unusable pots/pans, 1 horrible couch, no fitness center, etc. this location is great and it could be very nice with some TLC.

Unfortunately lots of issues with this property from cleanliness to lack of maintenance. At first the property manager was responsive but after I shared many of the issues and shared lots of photos, I have heard nothing back. SUPER disappointed in this property.

We had an amazing weekend at Stay and Play. Fun was had by kids of all ages, including the adults. House was clean, bedrooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. We couldn’t figure out how to work the hot tub but other then that everything was perfect.

This was a wonderful home to stay in, clean and ideal location for our soccer tournament. I didn't give it 5 stars because we felt it was missing some small touches. Like a shower mat when you were done in the shower, not safe to get out with wet feet on the slab. A bit hard to control the temp in the house. Upon arrival it should be mentioned that you need to open the weather door in order to find the digital lock (as there is one located on the actual house to the left of the door). I was also a bit disappointed with the communication aspect. Asked questions before the trip but did not get an answer. Overall the house and location were great!

Great place! There were 8 adults and 3 children and we had plenty of room. The game room was awesome to have and the house was close to lots of grocery shopping and restaurants. It was very convenient and I’d definitely stay here again!

Check in was late. Housekeeper said house was a mess and took 3 of them to clean it. Sheets were wet, no wash clothes or dish towels. Just a few pots and pans. No storage, no dressers or anything to put suitcase on. Not enough seating in living room. Grill was a mess and no propane (was delivered). Weeds were out of control. 3 feet tall in the back.

Great Place

Our team was in town for a conference. The house was great, no major issues. Easy check in/check out process. Lots of fun stuff to do in the house. Quiet neighborhood.

Motocross stay

Communication was great but the home was not real clean the pans were terrible one of them was in the cabinet with nasty grease in it, the refrigerator was not clean, the grill was nasty and no propane. There were two nails in the carpet that one of us stepped on. Rooms were clean but beds are hard; but some people might like firm mattresses. Plenty of room but not what we expected.

Weekend trip

We really enjoyed our stay!! House was great, plenty of extra pillows and blankets and some small amenities that made it comfortable. Only complaint would be the beds (our mistake) in which one couch was too short for sleeping on as two grown men in a queen bed is a bit snuggly. we ended up needing to get a few extra air mattresses for 3 of our guests but no big deal. Great porch and backyard area and my kiddo loved the arcade!Easy check in and great communication. Thank you!

Almost perfect

If you have a group of friends that are looking for a relaxed place to stay, this is it! Very cozy and close to Red Rocks for easy travel. I would recommend confirming the code prior to your arrival for the door as it was never updated. When we arrived, the door was unlocked but we didn't notice the code didn't work. We used the code and opened the door since it was unlocked even though the door gave us a red beep. When we left and returned at 1am, the code wouldn't work. After two hours calling the owner without getting a response (voicemail was full) and working with VRBO support, we were told to go find a hotel for the night. By now, it was after 3 am and we found the back door was unlocked too so we were able to get in. Otherwise, we would have been out for the evening. The owner fixed the code and set it remotely a few hours later. He apologized and mentioned he would send over a little something for the inconvenience. He never sent anything. He also lives out of state and has no backup way to enter the house. If the code doesn't work, you are SOL.

Perfect Game Night

The house was a perfect place to host a game night weekend with our friends and family, had the ability to play different games or all together with plenty of space! Enjoyed the hot tub and the perfect backyard as we brought our fur baby with us too!

Amazing stay for our group!

We had a group (3 families). Adults, multiple teen girls and a 10yr old. Everyone had such an amazing time at the house. The house was clean, spacious and a great layout for our group. The kids felt like they had an area of the house all to themselves which was great. The games, arcade games, hot tub, deck and thoughtful items throughout the house were a big hit. The home was exactly as pictured in a nice neighborhood with tons of shopping and restaurants nearby. Check in was very easy and Justin was FANTASTIC before and during our stay. We didn’t need anything but had a clarifying question or two during our stay and he never failed to respond. He was a pleasure to work with. We will definitely look to stay at Justin’s Arvada home when we’re back next year.

Denver area softball trip

Overall, very satisfied with our stay, the home was very neat and tidy and well equipped to accommodate multiple families. The location is great and close to quality dining and shopping. Would not hesitate to stay again.

We love to enjoy beautiful Colorado outdoors and everything this state has to offer. We also like spending time in Puerto Pensaco, Mexico (Rocky Point). Between the mountains of Colorado and the Sea of Cortez, it is a perfect combination of fun, sun, and relaxation!
