Our family had a great stay. The location was perfect for quick access to popular mountain destinations. The host and their team were outstanding. It’s not often I find the support at a vacation rental so responsive, but this team truly went above and beyond. Thank you all!

This is a gorgeous, modern property with everything you could want for a lovely stay. Not only are the amenities next-level, the host has truly thought of every detail to make your stay as easy as possible. The kitchen is well-stocked, there are toiletries and hair dryers in every bathroom, and plenty of supplies tucked away everywhere. The host was super communicative, helpful, and kind. We come to Denver every summer and will be looking to book with Jill again!

Peaceful in city stay.

This was a very quiet stay, we were close to everything we needed and easy access to the interstate for us to get out and visit the sites. Absolutely beautiful house and very well laid out for the entire family.

Great place for young adults

We had a wonderful time. The house was great. We especially enjoyed the backyard area, with hot tub, seating areas, and miniature golf. The game room and sauna were also huge hits. Jill was easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this property.

Very nice and newly updated home

We had a great time! While it didn’t look like all 9 of us would fit comfortably in the house from the impression the exterior gives, but we absolutely did! Downstairs was converted into 2 large bedrooms with kings, so everyone was comfortable. Thank you!

Denver stay

We were really impressed with the cleanliness and amenities. Home was beautiful and had everything we needed. Property manager was extremely communicative and constantly checking in on our stay. House accommodated all adults and pet comfortably. The only thing I would suggest is to have more surface area by the sinks in the bathrooms to set toiletries, makeup, hair tools, etc., but that was not a deal breaker. We would definitely book again!!

Thanksgiving

We flew in from our home in Florida to spend the thanksgiving holiday with my two grown children and their spouses. The house was laid out perfectly and didn’t feel crowded with the two levels. We watched football downstairs on the big screen. The house is centrally located and close to old Arvada, which is a great little town with lots of shops, bars and restaurants. We would recommend

Cute and comfy

The host was awesome with great communication! The house is cute and in a good safe neighborhood. My husband and I enjoyed the projector screen downstairs. We had a movie weekend for cinco de mayo. We didn’t get to enjoy the hot tub. But it looked very inviting. And the house has PLENTY of big towels! The only thing that was hard to get use to were the lights. They’re extremely bright. Like TOO BRIGHT lol and ppl like me who get migraines, Bright lights trigger them, And having those lights right above the bed wasn’t too fun. So to those who are light sensitive beware of that. Which wasn’t a biggie we kept the kitchen light on it was bright enough to light the living room in. Other then that small issue everything else was wonder. Thank you for having us! Until next time !

Thank you so much for sharing your experience with us! We're thrilled to hear that you and your husband enjoyed a cozy movie weekend with the projector screen for Cinco de Mayo. It's wonderful that you found the house well-equipped with plenty of big towels. We apologize for the bright lights above the bed; we understand how important comfort is, especially for those sensitive to light. Your feedback is invaluable, and we'll definitely look into making adjustments for a more relaxing stay next time. We can't wait to host you again! Until then, take care and thank you for choosing our place.
