Kick back and relax in this stylish, clean, and spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhome in the heart of Arvada. Ideal for family vacations, travel with friends, or business trips, this townhome is located in a quiet, desirable neighborhood with very little traffic and a strong sense of safety. Just 5 minutes from I-70, you’ll have quick access to both Downtown Denver and Red Rocks, both only 20 minutes away. Located in Arvada (not to be confused with Aurora), this area is known for its peaceful, family-friendly atmosphere. You’ll be close to two parks, the Stenger Soccer Complex, and the Harold D. Lutz Sports Complex with baseball fields, as well as biking trails. Grocery stores, restaurants, and more are all within walking distance, and the mountains are within easy reach for your outdoor adventures!

See family and enjoy the outdoors

The property was in excellent condition and there were lots of walking trails nearby, as was grocery and supplies shopping. We normally try to stay in Summit County avoided that location for March as we don't ski. Upstairs neighbors were somewhat noisy but never during 'quiet hours.' Greg (our host) communicated with us as needed.

Great place to stay!!!

Location was great to conveniently get to dowtown Denver, Rocky Mountain NP, Co Springs, etc. Property was super clean & they have it stocked with so many things to make you feel at home. Owner was super attentive, checking in multiple times during our stay. Would highly recommend!!!

Lovely home! Lovely owners!

Enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. Especially impressed with the attentiveness of the owners and the well appointed kitchen. Anyone who stays in vacation homes can attest to how kitchens are usually lacking but this one was FANTASTIC! Highly recommend!

Great condo and very convenient

Enjoyed our stay. Condo was very clean and spacious. Owner was very responsive. It was convenient to everything in Denver area. It felt safe. The owner communicated quickly about some issues with the lock on the door and was helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Location & Fantastic Hosts

We were very happy with this unit. Super close to everything as we wanted to hit up different areas/cities each day. This unit has everything you can think of and very large with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Greg and Angela were great and communicated back to us immediately with all comments and questions we had.

Great stay!

This townhome was perfect for our visit to Colorado. The owners were very responsive to all my questions. We had a little difficulty operating the front door lock but the owners responded immediately and got us in within minutes. The townhome was very clean and comfortable and was perfect for our week visit to Colorado!

Anniversary Trip

The hosts were excellent..... very responsive. The townhome was well equipped and immaculate, even my white socks didn't get dirty after walking around in them. The only issue was a neighbor that was noisy... there was a new puppy that cried and barked from time to time and I could hear running feet... both human and the dog's. At one point I could hear furniture being moved above me. The noise wasn’t unbearable, though, and did not ever disturb my sleep. Be dog.timetimeboccasionally

Great condo in a great location in Arvada, CO

I highly recommend this condo. This is the third time we have booked this condo. It has beautiful furnishings and the hosts are so nice! There are nice touches like welcome wine and candy and hand sanitizer and really nice towels and linens. Very comfortable beds. Three lovely bathrooms. A great place to stay.

Perfect stay

Was in for 2 nights only. House was in perfect condition and stocked with everything we needed. All the good reviews hold up! Practically instantaneous response time from owner when I had questions. Will rent again next time I come for shows at Red Rocks.

Perfect Location for our Colorado Trip

Everything was great with our rental. Greg allowed us to have an early check in so we had plenty of time to make it to our concert at Red Rocks. We were traveling with two other couples and the three bedrooms and baths worked out perfectly. Greg also supplied a coffee maker that would brew pots in response to our request. We highly recommend this place.

Wonderful Stay

This condo was a perfect place for our family of 4. Both kids had their own room with a bathroom and everyone had so much space. The pool was also an added bonus. You can’t beat the location. It’s 15 min to Denver and Red Rocks. We also drove 1.5 hours to get to Rocky Mountain National Park which was an easy drive. The condo had everything we needed and was immaculate. I would highly recommend staying here.

Picture perfect for a family!

The home was immaculate and the property was exactly aligned with the pictures and description! The property owners were extremely responsive and accommodating to answer any questions or concerns. I’m addition the location was extremely convenient, and felt very quaint and safe. It was a home away from home. We will return again! Thank you.

Great Place

This home was spotless and very nice. The pool and hot tub was great, space was perfect for myself and 3 kids (16, 11 & 11). The hosts gave me details on nearby golf courses and left a booklet with parks and restaurants. This is definitely a place I would recommend and stay again. They kept in contact to make sure we had everything or if they could continue to make my vacation easier. I appreciate it!!

New/nearly new, spotless and comfortable

The host was friendly and responsive. The property is either new or nearly new. Everything was exceptionally clean. The beds were comfortable. And there was a nice bottle of wine plus some chocolate for us to enjoy. Other than the garage being too small for our rental car—which simply meant we parked in the driveway— we highly recommend this place and would happily rent it again.

Great Townhome

Everything went smoothly and there was plenty of room for our family. Check-in is remote and very simple. Greg and Angela contacted us along the way to make sure we had no trouble and everything we needed. We appreciated how well the home was appointed including all the basic toiletries, linen closet with extra items, and wine and goodies the owners left for us. Kitchen looked like it had everything you'd need to cook, although we never needed to use it! Nice there's a grill on the balcony. Nest thermostats and remote garage opener were a plus. Location near old town was convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place for soccer tournament and exploring CO

This home was clean, comfortable, quiet, and convenient- everything we hoped for. Our teen was participating in a soccer tournament at DSG complex, and we all got sleep and privacy and home cooked family meals between games.We also enjoyed cooling off in the community pool and stretching our muscles after hiking in the hot tub. There’s a great public park 3 minutes walk from the front door that was perfect for a little soccer practice and stretching our legs. The home was convenient for getting to Golden Gate Canyon State Park, Lookout mountain, Golden, Pikes Peak, and Garden of the Gods. The living room had comfortable seating for our family to veg out watching movies in the evening. We loved having our own bathroom for each bedroom. The master bathroom is the best I’ve had in any VRBO. So glad we stayed there. Highly recommend.

Great place for a family vacation

This was our first VRBO experience and we were impressed. The condo was super clean and we had everything we needed. Our hosts were super professional and put together some great recommendations. There were many amenities and plusses like toiletries, a balcony with a grill, lots of kitchen gear, coffee. It was great to have a home base with a nice kitchen and smart tv to come back to after a long day. We relaxed in the neighborhood pool and hot tub. The neighbors are quiet and friendly. The location is central to places we wanted to visit (Red Rocks, hiking spots, Denver) and there is a gorgeous view of the mountains. We also loved exploring Arvada, a place we didn't know much about, but has tons of fun shops and restaurants. This place is way better value than a hotel. There's lots of space for privacy for each room because each bedroom has its own bathroom, you can hang out together and also relax apart if you want. My family really enjoyed our time here. We couldn't ask for more!

What a great place!

We stayed in Greg’s place for 10 nights. Our experience was wonderful. The property is located in a beautiful area of Arvada, close to everything: restaurants, shopping, bars, freeways, ... The townhome itself looks better in person than it does in pictures. It is very clean, modern, and beautifully decorated. The towels were super soft, and there were extra lotions, towels, hair products in every bathroom. The hosts left a bottle of wine for us .We used a grill for barbequing and there is an one car garage which we used to park our car in. There is also a community swimming pool in the townhome complex. Communications with Greg was great. He was very helpful and very prompt to answer any of our questions and he provided help whenever we needed. We felt that the hosts worked really hard to make their guests stay memorable. We had everything that we needed and more. What a great place! We would definitely stay in Greg.s place again.
