I stayed for an extended stay and really enjoyed the view, hot tub, and close access to the boardwalk. Julie’s communication was excellent!

We didn’t get to spend a lot of time in the room as we were at a softball tournament all weekend. The room was clean and spacious. Great view from balcony. Couldn’t really relax in the lazy river( small children were running around in it and pushing you around). Make sure you bring wash cloths and towels.

Room was clean. But so so old and beat up. Even though it was clean it still felt yucky. Very dark and dated. Also room is across from elevator so it was noisy all night- walls are very thin and we could hear neighbors all night too. I would not recommend this place. Also a few weeks before I arrived I had asked for a late check out- and I got several fees ranging from 50 to 60 dollars per hour over the next month. It felt like “let’s make a deal”. We only stayed one night and then I booked a room somewhere else for the following night because I couldn’t stay there again.

Nice beach stay

My girls and I stayed here over their spring break. The location is great with many restaurants and the boardwalk within walking distance. Broadway on the Beach is a short drive away with good restaurants and amusement rides.The condo is self was the perfect size for 3 people. The girls used the bedroom and I slept on the sofa/pullout bed in the living room. A family of 4 or more would probably be a tight fit. There is a galley kitchen separating the bedroom from the living room with doors at both ends. The kitchen has a full size fridge and an oven, 12 cup coffee maker, plus silverware, plates, glasses, etc. If you plan on cooking some during your stay, there is no counter space in the kitchen for food prep. I actually had to set the coffee maker on the stove in order to make a cup of coffee. We didn't cook, we walked to different restaurants each night for dinner. The balcony was perfect to enjoy sunrise and sunsets over the ocean. Beach was never crowded and the girls said the pool was nice. They especially enjoyed reading in the hammock. This was the perfect size for us and will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

I rate the condo as 4 stars. Overall, the place and the stay was nice. I would stay there again. The toilet had issues flushing, it did get fixed but it wasn't a priority, I had to stay on maintenance to make sure they were coming to fix the toilet.Check in was aggravating because you have to keep calling them in order to get a text message from them and they respond through messaging. You can't get the code to the room door until they respond back to you. I wasn't happy about that other than that i enjoyed the stay minus the toilet and check in issue.

pros: the views are amazing!! the location is awesome too bc its near so many places you can walk to! the security does a great job making sure the place is safe as well. theres indoor pools that are heated & outdoor pools that arent but so many pools to swim in. the unit was clean and the host is amazing with communication, everytime I messaged they responded so quickly! cons: the place is older and the beds were not too comfortable and almost felt like a water bed—we are used to a firmer mattress so not a huge deal! the beds are right by the front door when you walk in so it can get noisy since the unit is by the elevator. Overall a great experience and would recommend this place or any places hosted by big fish rentals they are truly a great company!
