Manager' uncooperative
What you see is not what you get. Washer full of water. Repair man unble to fix. He cleaned the dryer filter which was albout a couple inches thick. Only 1 saucepan of the pots and pans were usable. The rest were caked with burnt stuff. Skillet had a broken handle which when picked up it would twirl around. We asked for some decent pots and pans so we could cook. Several times. No dust pan, toilet bowl brush or mop. My husband had to cut off
2" of built up dirt etc from the broom to be usable. And we are supposed to clean the condo which is required on condos that you rent. LL have responsibilities too but this one doesn't seem to care. Her response was I will check with my team. They finally delivered the pots and pans on day 11. I know I complained once again on day 9 of our stay. 2 days later they delivered new pots and pans. It was just like staying in a motel where you had to go out and eat. Flooring was in bad shape creating a trip hazard. The a/c filters were so caked with dirt dust. If she had a high electric bill that definitely is why. Once again we cleaned them out so the air conditioner will run better and they're so very very disappointed in this unit like they say " what you see is not what you get." We had to buy frozen food from the grocery and or go out to eat more than we were planning too because of not having pots and pans. We feel that we are entitled to a substantial refund. This is so not right for her to lease thru VRBO. I have copies of all corresp
