Vacation Rental with available 2 Bed Rooms and 2 Bath Rooms, Plenty Seating Areas for Sunrise to Sunset. Comfortable living room with dining area and open kitchen. Big Pool for delightful swims and a grill for enjoyment. Fruit trees in the garden, help yourself to what you can eat. High Speed Internet WIFI, Fire TV for Streaming and Local Channels, Entertainments System, Card and Board Games are available for usage. - Plenty of space and seating areas as seen in pictures. Both bedrooms have also TVs and seating areas for laptop usage. Monitor is also available; see pictures for reference. - The property is located on Country Club Blvd and close to Cape Coral downtown with many restaurants, convenience stores, several super markets and shopping areas just 10 min. - Feel free to bring your boat, from the dock it is easy 7 min drive out to river which leads to Gulf, Sanibel and Captiva Islands. - Ft Myers Beach is close by as well with 30 min drive, and Ft Myers Downtown for festivities just over the bridge. - You will have a comfortable and enjoyable living in this property with all amenities of SW Florida near by. We spent three wonderful weeks in this house. It was so lovely to look out at the canal from the pool in the morning and watch the sun rise on the right. Communication with the landlord was excellent! Any questions were answered immediately. We felt very much at home and treated the house as if it were our own. If our vacation schedule works out next year, we’ll be back! Warm regards from the windy and cold Northern Germany,Andy & Maren

So good here at the place. I would recommend this place. Quiet and everyone around community and neighborhood minding their own business. The host being much helpful on my stay at the place in Cape Coral, FL.

We had a wonderful stay for the second year. This rental is clean, quiet and comfortable. The host is very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The water view is beautiful and the pool was used everyday. We will be back next year and hopefully for many years to come.

Gorgeous view

We loved the lanai and canal view. The pool issues were addressed and made our last two weeks very enjoyable.

The home was located on a busy street but in a neighborhood. The home had great bones, but the furnishings were very dated. But extremely clean. The pool was beautiful looking out into the canal. The whole back of the house had large patio door glasses so you could see out from every room. The concrete surrounding the pool could use a good power washing. It was great having your own washer and dryer. The shower in the master bedroom is awful. It has absolutely no water pressure at all. You’re asked to conserve water which it absolutely does, but it takes forever to get hot. The same goes for the kitchen water. I chose to just boil some water on the stove to do pots and pans. The dishwasher worked great. It was nice to have an icemaker on the refrigerator. One thing I did find was there weren’t any plastic dishes. I always had a rule with an outdoor pool. Nothing glass ever was taken outside. The frying pans that were provided needs replaced the Teflon coating was coming off. It was kind of funny when my husband grilled steaks there was only one steak knife. It is also a charcoal grill which most homes we have rented for vacations provide a propane grill. This grill also needs to have the insides replaced. My husband may do. Would I rent this home again absolutely. To add a little humor. The last time I seen window coverings that match the same material as the couches chairs and loveseat was in a funeral home lol my husband and I enjoyed I believe it was 16 days relaxing!

Thanks for the colorful review … a couple responses for the benefit of reality. 1. Property is located in the South End of Country Club Blvd, near Palm Tree Blvd, with quite neighbors and long view onto the canal from the pool area, backyard and boat dock 2. Plastic or paper dishes and cups are bought by renters for their own usage and are not provided 3. There are 20 pots and pans, please use the ones that suit your purpose 4. Water boiler shows 124’F temperature… 120’F is standard. 140’F can cause burns. Please turn knob to hot. 5. Shower heads have settings to adjust water pressure outcome 6. Propane / gas grill is in repair service due to last renter’s inappropriate usage. That will be back in October 7. Current renter confirmed there are still 6 steak knives in the knife block. 8. Couches and curtains are the same as seen in pictures prior to booking We provided you a heavily discounted rate for your stay. - Hence when you expect 5 star accommodation, please book 5 star hotels or properties at adequate prices. Most important note for your next stay is: Please message host with any concerns you have during your stay, so concerns can be resolved during your stay, instead of listing them afterwards. - Thanks.

The house was amazing and really affordable, and the location was really nice we had no problems checking in. I would recommend anyone staying there.
