Don’t miss walking and biking through the neighborhood, one of the most desirable residential areas in Cape Coral or walk down to your own private dock to fish or take your boat on an adventure to Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel or the Gulf of Mexico! The perfect day doesn’t end there—watch the colorful sky as the sun goes down while cooking a steak on the gas grill, followed by a peaceful moonlit evening swim. This comfortably furnished home was recently remodeled and refurnished in a lovely coastal style. It features 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. This is truly a home, not just a vacation rental, fully equipped and furnished with every amenity needed for an easy and relaxing vacation. Linens, towels, beach towels, Laundry soap, bath soap, dish detergent, fishing poles, cooler, gas grill, bikes, kayaks, etc, etc, this is a home away from home.

* rates are based upon 4 guests. Each additional guest is $35 per night. Failure to disclose accurate number of guests will result in a $40 per night/guest charge

This is a beautiful, comfortable and well equipped home. We really enjoyed the pool overlooking the canal. Very private feel, quiet neighborhood and close to anything you want. Totally enjoyed our stay!

Perfect for our family

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing stay and will absolutely come back! The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything our family needed for a great vacation. One of our favorite parts was being able to fish every day right from the property. We also loved taking the kayaks out and exploring the canals. It made the trip feel so relaxing and gave us plenty to do without even leaving the house. The home was also stocked with everything we needed for beach days at Sanibel Island, which made packing up and heading out so easy. The location was perfect, and the host thought of all the little details that made our stay even better. We made so many great family memories here and highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing getaway in Cape Coral!

Great pool for swimming laps. Scenic spot on the canal to sit on new Adirondack chairs; very comfortable to fish from and/or enjoy beautiful sunrises or sunsets!

Slice of heaven

We absolutely enjoyed our time at this property. We loved the quiet community with a shirt drive to anything you could want. Definitely would stay again.

Summer vaca

We really enjoyed our time here! Great, quiet neighborhood with easy access to lots of places locally. Nice pool and view on the canal and plenty of room for all 5 of us, appreciated the house manual with local recommendations for anything we needed. Would stay here again!

Great house!

We enjoyed our 3 week stay in this villa. Great location to get to beaches and loved just sitting by the pool. Son had great time fishing in canal. We will definitely be back!!

Great vacation

The house was clean. They have everything in the kitchen, plenty of towels and a lot of fishing supplies in the garage. The pool is clean and not cold. For a family it’s a great place for a cozy vacation.

First day there we saw several Manatees & a Dolphin in the Canal. Pool was fantastic. Kitchen was well equipped and beds were comfortable. The only complaint was after working on a puzzle off and on for a week we ended with 3 pieces missing

Excellent villa

This is an excellent villa which is well equipped. The pool is huge and well looked after. The only issue would be that with the very large pool the area where one can sun bath is small but for the adventurous you can always head down to the canal

The property was beautiful and had everything we needed for a week long stay. Any time we contacted the host, they were prompt and helpful with their response. Our son really enjoyed the pool. We loved seeing the local wildlife, the ibis walking around and the iguanas jumping in and out of the canal were cute. We found a lizard in one of the bathrooms and kindly relocated it outside. Overall a satisfying and relaxing vacation.

Very clean, loved the pool

Very clean. We lived on the lanai and in the pool. Location was quick to get into Fort Meyers or Sanibel. A lot of choices for restaurants nice and close. Being on the canal was fun and we tried out the kayaks. Beautiful home, thank you so much!

everything perfectly

All the things needed were present, beach towels, dish towels, parasol, sun chairs etc. The pictures and description of the project were current. Everything was very well maintained. We have enjoyed our stay.

Great Cape Coral Visit

This was a lovely property and had high value for the amenities provided. It had everything we needed to get around in SW Florida, including beach chairs, umbrellas, fishing equipment, etc. It was also well stocked with towels and dishes. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. The house itself was very clean.

Stop looking. If you are going to Cape Coral. This is the place to be. After two weeks, I had to pry my wife out of the house; she didn't want to leave. Everything was perfect. The house, pool, canal, and neighborhood are all perfect. The Burrowing owls that live several houses down were a hoot. The booklet that the owners so kindly put together saved us days of searching for the best places to visit. One tiny problem. There wasn't a skimmer for the pool. I called Jim. 15 minutes later, the skimmer and Jim were there, problem solved. We have stayed in some beautiful VRBO houses. This is the nicest VRBO house we have had the pleasure of enjoying. We hope to return ASAP, and would like to stay a bit longer. Two suggestions: Mambos and Biminis are two restaurants that should be added to your restaurant list. Thank you. We had a great vacation. We'll be back.

the Grandkids had wonderful time. we will do it again. the fishing was great. i caught a rare fish called a SAWFISH. we took some pictures then released it. it is on the endangered list. all in all everyone had a good time. bob d

Birthdaytrip

We enjoyed our trip very much, the location is ideal for daytrips to Naples, Sarasota etc. The house was decorated with brand new towels and new pots. We love to cook, so we missed a couple of things in the kitchen and some of them were not enough like wine glasses or cutlery. But all together we had a lovely time in the house.

Loved it!

We enjoyed staying at this home. It was clean and beautiful and had everything we needed. Very comfortable beds. It is in a very quiet area very peaceful and relaxing. We enjoyed riding the bikes and swimming in the beautiful pool. One thing they could upgrade would be the master shower. It worked okay just a bit old and musty but still clean as it could be. I give this place a very high rating and would stay there again.

Great house

Everything was wonderful my only complaint I have a boat was delivered to our dock the afternoon before we were to check out, for the guests arriving after us which meant we could not fish off the dock our last day or enjoy sitting on the deck
