As you enter this spacious cottage you will immediately feel at home. The engaging great room – with flat screen TV/open kitchen/dining area open floor plan allows ample space for gatherings. Relax in the privacy of the screened in porch with private wooded view and enjoy the sounds of nature along with golfers teeing off on the golf course. The master bedroom has a king size bed, en suite bathroom and a flat screen TV. The second bedroom has two queen size beds, en suite bathroom and a flat screen TV. The great room, both bedrooms, and the screened in porch all have ceiling fans for your comfort. Create sumptuous meals in the spacious fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy high speed internet/Wi-Fi, DISH TV (on all three flat screen TV’s), and our library of books and movies. The Cottage is equipped with an electronic door lock so you can arrive at your leisure, along with state-of-the-art Ecobee touch screen thermostats to ensure your comfort.

Amenity Package offered through Hampton Hall Club (completely optional): Pools, Fitness, Restaurants, basketball, tennis, pickleball, bocce courts, and playground are available to cottage guests through a Discover Club Membership ($497.45 per couple and their children under the age of 23 for a rental ranging from a 4 day rental to a 30 day rental - renewable - no other fees will be charged, guests pay for their meals at Restaurants.)
