The Villa is newly remodeled duplex, modern high end appliances, luxurious furnishing and the patio glass doors allows maximum natural light inside the villa.
Twin villas that features a total of 2 generous size bedrooms, 2 queen and 1 full bd, 2 full baths, new kitchen w/ stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer and a large shared back yard, pool and dock.
Right in the heart of Ft Lauderdale with a yard that has it all. Private outdoor seating, BBQ, sun chairs, umbrella, sofa and dinning table for al fresco dinning, in our fantastic villas.
Safe, serene and beautiful neighborhood. Also, central A/C, WI-FI, Samsung smart TV programming and use your own steaming services to log in, washer & dryer for convenience.
The beach and famous Las Olas Blvd and Wilton Dr is minutes away for the perfect tropical vacation.
Only a couple blocks from restaurants, bars, 10 minutes from the beach and 30 minutes to Miami Beach.
We strive to go above and beyond for our guests, and try to accommodate as best as possible.

The stay here was amazing. Wilton Manors is one of our favorite places to stay when we visit and this location was ideal with local stores and eateries only minutes away. The canal was aesthetically pleasing as we sat on the back patio while the kids enjoyed the pool. Of course with any home you can expect minor hiccups (like a broken head shower or loose toilet seats) but this host was amazing. When I brought this to their attention it was fixed the very next business day. The quick action assured me this would not have been an issue if it was brought to their attention previously. Their attentiveness and hospitality was unmatched and we could not have asked for a better host. I even messaged them late one night for a vacuum (really, what tenant does that lol) and it was at the front door moments later. The place was clean as advertised and we highly recommend this home. We will definitely rebook on our next visit. Thanks again for an awesome stay and great customer service.

Our stay at this tropical waterfront duplex was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and even better in person than the photos. Everything felt fresh and thoughtfully prepared 8thfrom the clean kitchen and bathrooms to the peaceful shared pool and gorgeous canal views.The host was incredible, responding almost instantly anytime we had a question, which made everything effortless. You can really tell they care about creating a great guest experience. The location was perfect for exploring Fort Lauderdale, yet quiet enough to relax and enjoy the scenery.10/10 — we would stay here again in a heartbeat. One of the best vacation rentals we’ve ever booked!

Would be a great place if there was more attention to detail. Good bones, good location. Space was nice as there were 2 beds/2 baths. Parking was good, a/c was good. Mattress in main bedroom was very comfortable. Kitchen/dining room was nice. Pool was unusable the first 3 days. We booked this place for the pool. Please make sure before you get there to get proof that the pool is clean! Bathrooms look nice but water pressure is very low and toilet seats need to be replaced. One set of towels per person for a week. We did use washer/dryer. TV only good if you have a Netflix account. Wifi worked. No instructions for laundry/tv or anything to do in the neighborhood...thank goodness for Google! We were able to check out an hour later which was good. Hopefully the owner will address the issues, this home has a lot of potential!!

Location is great, is generally a good property except for minimal thing like the sun umbrella in the patio doesn’t work and staying in the sofa I had some wear tear, beds are great and comfortable, easy process to check in, kitchen need a big pot to make soups, we could. Turn the tv in the rooms. The pool is great but keep in mind that is shared we had a great time o er all and will booked again.

Beautiful and peaceful place

Excellent location and property. As we stayed for 2 weeks, we missed extra bedding and some equipment needed maintenance (parasol, ice maker, small electric oven), but all the important items were OK. We had a pleasant stay.

Rudy was very responsive throughout the duration of our stay. The place was very clean and like the pictures. We used the grills and the pool. Easy check in and check out. I’d recommend Rudy’s place

Wonderful winter retreat

We stayed at this property for 6 weeks and was overall pleased with the stay. Rudy, the property manager, was very receptive and compliant with our needs, just a text or phone call away!! Some aspects need updated inside, which he acknowledged, but none of those things were a detriment to our stay!! The swimming pool is heated and my husband really loved fishing off of the dock behind the house!! The neighborhood is quiet and friendly and not once did I feel unsafe walking outside in the area. We would not hesitate renting this property again at a future visit!!

Wasn’t clean. Listing is inaccurate.

Pool had garbage in it. The garbage wasn’t removed from the kitchen. There was only one kayak. The place was extremely dirty. I called Rudy three times. None of the grills worked. Outdoor umbrellas were broken.

Wilton manors waterfront house

La maison est très spacieuse. La literie est confortable. L’emplacement est idéal pour aller à la mer, faire ses courses…Rudy, l’hôte est très gentil et très réactif. Nous allons y retourner en février !

Not a bad place but could use some work

We enjoyed our stay. Having the pool was very nice, and we liked being right on the waterway. We also liked the good communication from the property manager and the easy checkin process. The place was a lot more run down than the picture portray. It also was quite dirty. That is the main reason for the ok review. The place could be a lot nicer if it was cleaned well and better maintained.

The perfect family stay!

This property had everything that my family needed. There were a few kinks (indoor locks not working, no curtains on the back window, ice maker not working etc.) but nothing so big that it took away from the beauty of the property. The pool was a wonderful amenity as well as all of the furniture. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
