Lovely stay

Initially had some difficulty getting in however, the host was very quick on helping and responding. Great on checking in periodically to ensure I had everything I needed. Would stay here again.

Stayed a couple of nights for my son’s wedding. House was within 5 minutes of everything we did and also 20 minutes from the airport. Bed was comfortable.

Everything was excellent- the only issue is that when it’s hot outside it is hot inside - can’t really open windows because the traffic is too loud. A small window AC in each bedroom would solve this issue. Other than that small detail everything is awesome.

Close to the rink and groceries. The street can get pretty loud.

Kent unit

The property was newly remodeled and very clean. Fita is a gracious host and checked to make sure if everything was going well and if anything was needed. I will definitely stay again in the future.

House was great!

House was great and communication with Fita was also great. It is located by the train and a busy street that cars like to race on at night so we couldn’t keep our windows open at night because of the noise asking us. Thank God they provided a really great fan which kept us cool while sleeping!

This is a very cozy, clean and modern house. The host was great and always easy to reach. It is close to everything, specially the Seattle Airport. The bedrooms, even though were not air conditioned, could be cool easily by opening the windows and using the box fan provided. The only issue with doing that was the street noise (it is located at a corner of a busy road) and the cooking odors from the residents below that apparently loved to cook late at night and made us close our windows.

Few suggestions

There were no bureaus for clothes. Only other improvement that we could see were towel bars in bathroom and hooks for a robe. Otherwise well done,

A pleasant comfortable property, perfect for our needs. Close to everything in Kent, lots of great walking/bike trails nearby. Communication with the host was easy and quick. Yes, there is noise from the road and from the trains, but that's hard to avoid anywhere around here, it was only a problem with windows open, and we were here during a heat wave!

Clean home with easy access to Kent and the surrounding areas. Fita communicated well and was very accommodating. Great experience all around!
