Beautiful property. Gorgeous condo. Very clean and well organized. Pool very close and great for swimming after a busy day.Condo has everything you need and so easy to cook a quick breakfast Owner is so accommodating and easy to work with, even when we had a problem with the hurricane, Dave was able to help us outDon’t hesitate to book this condoYou won’t be disappointed

Do not hesitate to book this property. It is exactly as described and pictured. David was a wonderful host and even checked in on us. The property was a great location to everything and if we come back to Hawaii we will definitely book it again.

A place to truly relax! Very clean! Nicely arranged. Kitchen well appointed, everything you want. The beds were very good! The beach equipment over the top, everything, even lawn chairs, which we really appreciated over the beach ones. We will be back!!

We loved the Big Island and Waikoloa beach. The location of the condo was amazing. Our host was very helpful and communicative. The space was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay!

My wife and I had a wonderful time at this property. We stayed for 9 nights. It’s in a great location. Walking distance to bars, restaurants and a small grocery store. The property was very well equipped and wonderfully comfortable. I would recommend a stay here.

Where to start…the condo is absolutely perfect! The location is beautiful, the unit was spotless and extremely clean, I felt at home! Everything was labeled with clear instructions. They literally thought of everything a family would need while on vacation. They had fun board games and a welcome binder with area recommendations which made my day (I love a good binder with lists :) The hosts provided clear instructions making check-in and check out super easy. We were so impressed we even asked them if they had other properties on the other islands. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place near Kona. The only sad part was when we had to leave. Thanks again for everything we’ll see you in a few years:)

Perfect Week

Our stay was perfect. The condo was very clean and well appointed with utensils and cooking equipment. We took advantage of the snorkel equipment too. We loved being centrally located to many beaches and other attractions. We hope to be back.

Fabulous stay

Very clean, steps to wonderful saltwater pool. Owners very quick to respond to our requests. Condo very clean and spacious, well organized and outfitted with everything we needed. We used the pool, bbq, gym, and the hot tubs. Looking forward to another stay in the future.

Stunning Condo in Waikoloa Resort!

A beautiful, well-appointed condo with everything you could possibly need for a fantastic stay on the Kohala coast! Outstanding attention to detail by our hosts, Lisa and Dave. Kitchen amenities second to none. Loved the beach gear, incredibly helpful, as were the insulated bags/ice blocks for trips to Costco . Our new favorite in Waikoloa Resort. Highly recommend, we’ll definitely be back!

Beautiful Condo

This condo was lovely! We appreciated the cleanliness, the tasteful decor, the close proximity to the pool and the myriad of beach and pool toys that our grandchildren loved! The owner responded quickly to any questions we had. I would not hesitate to book this condo again. Mahalo!

Wonderful Waikoloa Stay

Spent a very relaxing week at this Waikoloa Beach condo, location is great with access to the beach a short walk away and lots of shops and restaurants available in the Kings and Queens shops, also walking distance away. The condo is very modern and well-appointed and we really appreciated the beach gear, was a nice surprise not to need to rent any snorkel gear. Lastly, communication with the property owner was excellent and they do a great job or providing information on the condo itself as well as recommendations in the surrounding area. Highly recommend.

Quiet and beautiful

Remodeled and furnished nicely. All the amenities of home with some personal touches. The owners are friendly and very helpful. There is a welcome book/other books that explains the area (history and to-dos). The pool was beautiful and having pool/beach gear for our use was nice too. Hope to stay here again!

Everything about this rental experience was excellent. David was very responsive and communicated well throughout our stay. The condo was beautiful with quality finishes and high end amenities. The beach gear was in very good condition and all you would need was provided. The condo was ideally located on the property: 1st floor with parking, pool, trash bins, gym, and grills just steps away. There was not another unit that was closer to all of these features. Waikoloa is also centrally located to allow easy access to all parts of the Big Island. We will definitely be coming back anytime we return to Hawaii.

Perfect Weekend Getaway on The Big Island

David and Lisa's property was absolutely wonderful. Well situated close to A-Bay and Waikaloa, perfect for a short stay or something longer. I didn't even bother renting a car as groceries were a short 10 minute walk away. Having lived on the Big Island many years ago and stayed at many hotels and rentals over the years, this is easily in the top 1%. The hosts were gracious and easy to work with and the condo is immaculate and well appointed. I will be back!

Excellent

No reservations giving this a five star review. Condo was spacious for our family of four, extremely well equipped kitchen, very clean and comfortable. Lots of board games. Also had beach chairs, towels and beach tote. Lanai is 20 meters from the pool. It was all great. I'd also say communication with owner was superb, as they were friendly, prompt, and helpful.

Amazing Condo

Don’t miss staying at this amazing condo. They have thought of everything you might need while on vacation to help you feel at home. We were able to make meals at home in the fully stocked kitchen. They even had a crock pot if you need! The BBQ grills were so nice to have just a short walk away! My parents loved sitting on the lanai every morning and swimming in the salt water pool. There is a beach just a short walk away and the condo has everything you need for a fun day at the beach! We can’t wait to go back and would love to stay at David’s place every time! 🌺

Excellent place to stay in Waikoloa

This is one of the best rentals we've had and the owners have been helpful and responsive with all our queries. The location is great, both within the Vista complex, as well as in Waikoloa. Within the complex, you're close to the entrance, the pool, and the grills, so you can quickly get to wherever you need. The units are well designed to give you privacy while you're using the lanai area, which is large and well furnished. Within Waikoloa, you're in walking distance of the shops, as well as of the shoreline and the Hilton. Inside the apartment, the kitchen is well furnished, the bathrooms are fully equipped, and extra power/usb outlets are on every nightstand. The dining room table is great for playing cards or a board game and the living room addresses TV needs. We had a great time here and we'd love to get back.
