Nice property with nice size rooms. The indoor pool was a hit with the children and the easy walk to the beach was wonderful. Kitchen has all the items you may need while there and there was plenty of space. There were some cleanliness issues with the amount of sand on the first floor and some trash that was not removed. Besides this very functional for a large group and the crows nest was nice.

We have stayed at this property multiple times. We use it for work where a group of us must stay locally. It’s convenient to the beach and attractions, though it’s not a vacation for us. The accommodations with multiple bathrooms is especially beneficial for us.

The home was very clean and the host was a pleasure to work with. Very responsive. Kitchen was fully stocked and the indoor pool was great. Everything was as advertised. Comfortable home. Would definitely stay again. Had one of our grandchildren get a stomach virus for 24 hours and the host graciously allowed us a later check out so that she got to enjoy the pool more.

We had a group of 19,we all agreed that the location, parking spots, elevator, pool table, comfortable beds we gave this house a 10 for excellent. The upstairs with the long dining table was our favorite place to hang out. We did run into some issues when we had a storm and the bedroom upstairs had water coming in,the host was notified and pictures were sent. Our first impression of the house was WOW,until we walked up to the door and saw the busted blinds. We put out the trash cans on trash day..the flies were horrible and the trash cans could use a good cleaning.Host supplied enough trashbags, but not enough TP. Washing machine on the middle floor worked, but not very well.,it would take 4ever to do a load,no matter what setting.Hot Tub did not work properly. We did discover an ice machine in the kitchen downstairs,so that saved us from having to go buy ice for our coolers.Basically this house could use some TLC and some updating, fix, replace or remove.

Thank you for your thoughtful feedback! We’re so glad your group enjoyed the home, especially the location, spacious gathering areas, comfortable beds, elevator, parking, and pool table. With a large home and many amenities, things can occasionally malfunction or need attention. We truly appreciate guests letting us know right away, as we make every effort to address issues promptly once we’re notified. We’d also like to clarify for future guests that we provide a starter supply of paper products for the first day rather than supplies for the entire stay, so larger groups and longer stays should plan accordingly. Thank you again for staying with us and for your feedback. We’re always working to keep the home comfortable, welcoming, and ready for our guests to enjoy!

This property is a great choice for large or multi-family gatherings. At check-in the facility was very clean. The kitchen is very well stocked with plenty of pots and pans, and the knives were top quality, which I don't find to be true in many rentals. The property manager was rapidly responsive to any questions I had.The heated in-door pool was a big hit. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

This house is located on across street from the oceanfront houses. The beach access paths are located few houses up or down the street from this house. You can see the ocean from the rooftop deck. This is perfect for multiple families to stay together, large dining table to sit together for dinners. The house has a wet bar, kitchenette on ground floor and main kitchen on 3rd floor, indoor pool, and outdoor hot tub. The house is very well stocked (has most everything you will find in normal homes) and decorated like upscale homes. The house is built with high quality materials such as granite countertops, granite/wooden floor, tile walls, etc. The house has 7 master suite bedrooms.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

The houses are located in high-end residential subdivision "Croatan Beach" on the last street on the coastline. While the area is very quiet and safe for children to walk to the Croatan beach, it is also very close to the Virginia Beach boardwalk if you are looking for lots of activities within 1.5 miles from the house.
