Charming multi-family beach home only 1.5 mile from the stunning Pier Marquette Beach on beautiful Lake Michigan! This expansive home boasts 8 bedrooms and 3.5 bath. Gather together after a long day at the beach in the cozy living room with plenty of seating or come together at the large fire pit just out the back door. Kids and adults alike will appreciate the basement game room with flat screen TV with Nintendo system and ping pong table. Perfect for large groups or multi families! No Pets!

Other things to note
Within walking distance, children can play at a large park containing a fun playground. Families can walk to the local ice cream parlor, candy shop and the quaint Lakeside shops. Another must-do spot within walking distance is dinner and drinks at the award winning local distillery, Wonderland. Short drive/bike to downtown Muskegon as well! Don’t forget about thrill seeking rollercoasters or water park at Michigan adventure. Enjoy a few other local restaurants including the Deck, an open air multi-level restaurant right on the beach overlooking Lake Michigan. They offer barbeque plates, craft beers and outdoor games for adults and children along with live music! Bike rental is available nearby for easy transport to and from the beach (Effect sport)! 3rd coast rental/putterscreek (just a short 15 min drive away), has many watercraft/kayaks for rent for the family or get away as well!

The property is well located for anything you want to do. From relaxing on the beach, to shopping, and dining. The host is great to work with and was always there to help. We couldn't give a 5-star review because of some small issues that popped up. But talking with the host they will be handled and the 5 stars will be coming soon. Thanks for a memorable stay in the Great state of Michigan.

The house was the perfect size for my large family lots of bedrooms! The game room in the basement was a hit with the boys. Close to the beach, which we visited often. We did have some issues with housekeeping but contacted the owner & he made it right. It would have been nice to have had a vacuum cleaner so we could have swept the floors only had a broom. Of the six bedrooms upstairs, only two had air conditioning which made it uncomfortable for some.

It was a pleasure hosting your group, and we appreciate you giving us the opportunity to quickly address the housekeeping concerns during your stay. For future guests, we’d also like to clarify that there is a portable vacuum located in the entryway closet for guest use. Additionally, the home has central air conditioning serving three of the upstairs bedrooms, while the other two upstairs bedrooms are equipped with portable air conditioning units to help keep those spaces comfortable. We continually look for ways to improve the guest experience and truly appreciate your feedback. Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope to host you and your family again in the future!

Exactly what we needed

The house was clean, kitchen well stocked, the location was great, and the host communicated well. We had a large group, and we all enjoyed ourselves.

Amazing place!

Kyle was a great host and our group of 16 had the best time! The house was very spacious and clean, and Kyle provided everything we needed. The house is just a 5 minute drive to the beach which was super nice and we also enjoyed going to The Deck for dinner! Overall it was a great experience and Kyle was very helpful and responsive. 10/10 recommend staying here!

Perfect for our needs

Needed a place for 12 people (10 teens 2 adults). For the cost this was perfect. Everything was clean and ready for us. Wish we could have stayed longer. Will definitely try to reserve again for our group if coming to this area. Had nothing but good interaction with owner.

Perfect size for our family of 16.

Our stay was good although I would say I have never before had to empty the dryer of a few dozen clean towels before being able to use it.At least we had lots of towels to use. We especially enjoyed the screen room and fire pit in the back yard and appreciated the extra refrigerator in the garage. We had plenty of off street parking for 5 cars, although they are all smaller cars.

Great place

Lots of room for gathering the 15 of us (3 under 5). There is a large family room and a long table for meals and games. The kitchen had everything we needed. House was clean, beds were comfortable. The huge bathroom with a large shower was very popular. The 2 & 4 year old were happy with their bunk beds. Owner answered my phone call right away when I had one simple question.

The place has a lot of sleeping places which makes it a good destination for a family reunion. It is a short drive to the beach. The kitchen was well equipped. The grill had a lot of junk on the bottom which caused a little fire. The place feels somewhat dated and may not have enough electrical outlets for modern families, so bring a power strip.The basement with video games was enjoyed by the kids. On check in there was an issue with the electrical lock which was quickly resolved after contacting the host. Overall we had a good experience.
