Perfect for Family Retreat

Place was in excellent condition with modern amenities. Great view of River and perfect family retreat. Host was incredibly helpful. Have stayed her twice and looking forward to staying here again.

Great Stay!

Our family really enjoyed this property. It was spacious, and just as advertised. The porch is wonderful. We were able to watch football and still be outside. An absolutely great place for a short weekend trip!

Fantastic river house on the Suwannee

This is a great house and feels like it is brand new. The location and dock were perfect for us, and the yard and fire pit are all great too. I highly recommend this house for a river getaway.

Incredible stay!

We decided to do Christmas on the river this year and this place did not disappoint! Spacious yard for the kids to play, quiet safe neighborhood and very peaceful! The house was immaculate, with all the amenities of home! The boat dock housed our 23ft center console boat perfectly! This place would be the perfect stay for any occasion! We will absolutely be back! The host was a pleasure to deal with and made our Christmas a great one!

Great Family Retreat

The place is exceptionally well maintained with a great location on the Suwanee River and close to Rock Bluff Springs.The spacious kitchen was perfect for our Thanksgiving feast. We would definitely come back.

Fabulous house and trip

This house was perfect for what we needed. Quick weekend trip to some of the local springs. We had 4 adults and 4 kids stay here and had plenty of space. Kids loved the bunk bed room and the dock to fish. Hosts were responsive and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Peaceful getaway

We had the pleasure of staying at the new riverfront home this weekend and really enjoyed our stay. The was clean and well equipped. Clean, peaceful river house.

Everyone had a great time. My brother celebrated his 50th B-day with long time friends and parents. The house had everything we could need and more. Spent two days tubing down Ichetucknee river and Ginnie Springs river.

Fabulous Spring Break!

We had a great time visiting many of the springs near by and plan to come back. The home had everything we needed and more! Enjoyed the kayaks, fishing on the dock, scooting on the pad, soccer in the yard and so much more! The home was perfect for us and provided so many amenities. Looking forward to coming back with the kids and doing more tubing down the springs!

Wonderful House, Great Location!

Very nice new home on the river! The children enjoyed fishing off the dock and also kayaking. The house was very close to springs. We hope to visit again! Owners were very quick to respond the questions.

Wonderful Home & Host

The home is perfect and has everything you would need to make your stay comfortable. The view is great and we had enough space for 3 trucks with boat trailers and parking for the boats. The host was quick to respond to questions. We will be back.

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!

We reserved the property for a weekend getaway to take our friends boys on the Suwannee River. These guys were so excited to go on the air boat and thought the property we stayed in was on point! The host were exceptional and very communitive. The home was quality built and perfect. The morning breakfast on the large deck over looking the river was a big hit. We would recommend this property and would stay here again. It was a 5 star experience. Thank you for your professionalism and letting us enjoy your home.

Lovely Quiet House

We really enjoyed staying at this property. It was very clean and quiet. The kitchen was well equipped and we had plenty of towels. The only thing to be aware of is the property is on a well so the water smells like rotten eggs and the water pressure in the shower was low. Bring drinking water with you to drink and brush your teeth.

Amazing is an understatement!!

I stayed here with a friend so we could be close to High Springs and this place added extra fun! The home is new, everything was high quality. From the home and appliances to the dock. One of my favorite things was my friend was able to sit around the fire, I turned on the outdoor TV and watched from up top while he was able to listen and watch from down below. And fishing from the dock while he kayaked! The memories from our short stay was worth every penny!

A true hidden gem. Perfect retreat home for a family of 7

Our entire family loved the home. It had every thing you could need. Rooms were spacious with plenty of storage room. Upstairs wrap around porch was the perfect place to sit, eat and relax from sunup to sundown. View of the Suwannee was breathtaking. Downstairs outside area was the perfect spot for our grandsons birthday party. Kayaks were an added bonus. Kitchen wa well stocked with most anything you’d need to prepare any meal. Large showers in both bathrooms were easily accessible and super clean. Property was large and quietly situated in a sparsely populated area along the river. Hosts were punctual in responding to emails and very accommodating with a special request. Numerous springs located within a 30 minute or less drive. Highly recommend this beautiful home and will be returning in the future.

The property has easy access from highway but yet secluded for privacy from it. Two boat ramps within 3 minutes. Great restaurant specializing in steaks, seafood and some of the best bbq you’ve ever eaten within 10 minutes. Gas and necessities stores within 5 minutes. And most importantly the views from the back porch or from the floating covered boat dock with a sun deck area.
