We truly enjoyed our stay at the lovely cabin. It was very spacious and comfortable. We had fun with the game room and the outside dining and bonfire area. Plenty of room for us to keep both of our boats at the dock. The kitchen and bathrooms were very well furnished.Definitely would stay again!Thank you to the host for making this a wonderful time for our family!

We had an absolutely marvelous stay at this cabin for a girls' weekend! The cabin was beautifully decorated, well-appointed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The lake views were lovely and the property was the perfect setting for our group to relax and enjoy time together. We also loved the proximity to town for shopping, restaurants and taking in the local scene. The owners were great to communicate with - responsive and helpful without being intrusive. We would definitely recommend this cabin! Thank you for sharing your beautiful Balsam Lake cabin with us!

Family friendly, beautiful lake home with wonderful lake views! The doc set up was great for our floaties, paddle boards and our boat. There were 2 kayaks we were also able to use. Beds are comfy and a nice supply of towels, paper products and kitchen supplies. Home is very clean. We would stay again for sure!

The pictures do not do this place justice. The cleanliness and character of this house are absolutely amazing. You are greeted with this beautifully nestled house but then you walk in and BAM, a full wall of windows looking out to the lake. The wood is updated with such charm that makes it feel so warm along with the gorgeous fixtures around the house. The bar nook area was a total bonus with another fridge plus the kitchen was packed with essentials. They provided ton of great tips and places to check out. Have I said how amazing the view is?! The beds were very comfortable, the amenities were greatly appreciated within the bathroom as my razor broke, the linens were great for the boat. Balsam Lake itself was awesome. We rented a boat and tooled around which was great. We did feel where the house is at has a bit more wind but was still delightful. 10 out of 10 I hope we make it out again!

Balsam Lake

Beautiful property and great location on Balsam Lake. This property has high end finishes and is well maintained. We rented a pontoon for two days from Sunnyside Marina on Balsam Lake. Ample space with the multiple docks for the pontoon. Owner provided use of a lily pad and kayaks that made the lake experience even more special. Owners were very responsive to our requests and questions. Highly recommended this property!!!

Beautiful Property

This is a New property and the owner has lots of great ideas and fantastic amenities however as with any newly built property there are several items that need to be tweaked like loose wall panels at the dining room, bathroom doors sticking, the primary bathroom needing an inside handle and a lock. Additionally the property has had several issues with flooding and the drainage/ condensation under the wood floors. It it created such a problem that maintenance needed to make 2 intrusive visits during our stay. However this rental has a fantastic layout, with beautiful views tons of room for family we would definitely stay again. The host was very gracious!

All though there were issues with the floor due to a toilet over flow and something happen with the dishwasher. We have repaired those. It was hard for the maintenance person to repair them durning their stay even though we tried to work on timing. The bathroom is a barn door that can’t lock but there is a lock on the bedroom and the WC. The door sticks due to humidity.
