Get away from the Twin Cities to lake life in less than an hour and a half! Our cabin is located on beautiful Balsam Lake in Wisconsin. This 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath cabin was built in 2021 and is fully appointed for relaxation and comfort! This lake is large and supports water sports, boating and fishing. Whether you are an avid water skier, into catching crappie or simply sitting fireside listening to the Loons, this lake truly makes you glad that you opted to slow down for a week or weekend. The city of Balsam Lake is charming and has several restaurants and shops for you to explore. Boat rentals are available through Sunnyside Marina.

This home is beautiful! Spacious rooms, all on one level, perfect for hanging out with a group. The host was very helpful if we needed any help with anything along the way. Would definitely stay again!

Had a great time. The property was absolutely amazing. Very clean and comfortable. This was one of the best property's we have stayed at. Communication with property owners was excellent.we look forward to hopefully staying again.

Family friendly, beautiful lake home with wonderful lake views! The doc set up was great for our floaties, paddle boards and our boat. There were 2 kayaks we were also able to use. Beds are comfy and a nice supply of towels, paper products and kitchen supplies. Home is very clean. We would stay again for sure!

Perfect place for family and friends’ vacation!

Beautiful property, with many places to hang out and gather. Communication was great, check-in was easy, the listing was 100% accurate, the view was amazing, the location was perfect, the home was comfortable and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Beverly and guests were very respectful of our property and responsible. They treated it like it was their own and left it very clean. Great guest to have.

Balsam Lake

Beautiful property and great location on Balsam Lake. This property has high end finishes and is well maintained. We rented a pontoon for two days from Sunnyside Marina on Balsam Lake. Ample space with the multiple docks for the pontoon. Owner provided use of a lily pad and kayaks that made the lake experience even more special. Owners were very responsive to our requests and questions. Highly recommended this property!!!

Beautiful Property

This is a New property and the owner has lots of great ideas and fantastic amenities however as with any newly built property there are several items that need to be tweaked like loose wall panels at the dining room, bathroom doors sticking, the primary bathroom needing an inside handle and a lock. Additionally the property has had several issues with flooding and the drainage/ condensation under the wood floors. It it created such a problem that maintenance needed to make 2 intrusive visits during our stay.However this rental has a fantastic layout, with beautiful views tons of room for family we would definitely stay again. The host was very gracious!

All though there were issues with the floor due to a toilet over flow and something happen with the dishwasher. We have repaired those. It was hard for the maintenance person to repair them durning their stay even though we tried to work on timing. The bathroom is a barn door that can’t lock but there is a lock on the bedroom and the WC. The door sticks due to humidity.
