Nestled deep in the 15th district, just next to the Eiffel Tower, there is a spacious 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom that will not disappoint. What makes this property stand out, is the 19m2 of balconies and THE VIEWS. The balcony surrounds the apartment and there are large windows everywhere which allows for guests to view the enormous Eiffel Tower and Parisian rooftops. It is certainly a perfect way to enjoy the Tower from the comfort of your own home.
This 110m2 flat is ideal for a family or up 5 adults. The master bedroom has a king size bed with an ensuite bathroom (a lovely bathtub and shower). There is a separate toilet. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has a bunkbed that can fit two children or one adult. There is a second bathroom composed of a shower and toilet as well as a third bathroom composed of a bathtub/shower. The separated washer and dryer machines are located in the third bathroom. The entire flat has stunning hardwood floors throughout (so please no shoes or toys that make noise as we do not want to disturb the neighbors!).
The open floor plan allows for more space. There is a living room area with an electric fireplace that face the balcony so you can enjoy that beautiful city view. The living area flows to kitchen and dining area. The kitchen has all the modern appliances to make that delicious French meal you've been dying to cool and seating that can accommodate six.
