Check in was very easy. Property inside was not clean. Very outdated. Toilets were old and close to the ground. Tile floors were dirty as was the shower floor. I had to wear my shoes in the shower. Washed towels only to find out the dryer did not work. Ran the dryer 6 times, same load of towels! So very frustrating. They did send someone to fix it after having to email them. Went to cook breakfast only to find out the pans were horrible! All the teflon was scraped off. I refused to cook on them. I had to go back and forth with the managers, even sending pictures until they reluctantly sent 2 skillets which was hardly enough to cook a dinner. Their response was that there was only 3 people so 2 skillets should be enough! We went back and forth until they sent a saucepan. The drawers in the kitchen were filthy. Everything had to be washed before we used it. It was too much work for a vacation! And management was not easy to deal with.
Before I rented this place I made sure that there was cable and wifi in this unit. THERE WAS NO CABLE OR WIFI IN THE 2ND BEDROOM! There was a TV but no service! A girl from the office came over to try and Google what was wrong with the TV. Hello! There was no service. 1st she said it was a Roku TV, then when that didn't work she said it was for gaming only! I am 65 yrs old! I do not game! Why wasn't that revealed from the beginning when asked? So I had no cable or wifi in that room for a week! And I couldn't use my phone in that room either! And I couldn't go watch from the livingroom because the sofas were so old that they sunk way down when you sit on them. Very uncomfortable and hard to get out of!
We rented a golf cart overnight. We parked it in our assigned parking space 129 only to find out it had been towed in the middle of the night! What a nightmare! It cost alot to get it out so we could return it!
We had to wash the bedding because the state of the unit, what would be different about the linens!
This unit is very old and needs alot of work. There is so much more and I
have pictures.
JUST UNACCEPTABLE! NOT WORTH THE AMOUNT PER NIGHT WE PAID. WE FEEL ROBBED!
