Escape to this welcoming estate in picturesque San Diego. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and all the essential amenities like AC, heating, WiFi, and more, this tremendous property offers a gorgeous retreat for guests. Whether you`re lounging in the spacious living areas or enjoying the beautiful outdoor space, you`re sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place.

This is a 2,100 SF recently renovated single-family residence. The home has 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms with showers (perfect for large groups when getting ready!), 2 full kitchens, 2 living rooms, a backyard with BBQ, Spa, Pool, Cornhole, Fire-Pit and dining with complimentary amenities for your convenience. Our property is equipped with two smart TV`s available for use. Located just on the border of downtown San Diego in the highly desirable area with world-class shopping and five-star dining.

Spacious guest rooms are found in the home with the following sleeping arrangements:

First Floor Bedroom 1: King size bed
First Floor Bedroom 2: Queen size bed
Second Floor Bedroom 3: 2 bunk beds with four twin size beds

***Cameras are only placed in all common areas OUTSIDE the property with noise detection. There are no cameras inside the house. The cameras are in place to ensure the safety of everyone.

They use AI for all communication. No one will respond to you. I had multiple issues I tried to use chat to discuss with owner, but its only AI responses. Pictures dont match up to what is actually on property. Be aware that you will be visited by multiple huskies. They were people friendly but if you bring your own dog be aware. There is A/C, however, there is no control box downstairs. There are 2 vents (1 didnt blow air) that are controlled by the upstairs unit. A/C worked great in bedrooms upstairs, but living area was extremely hot all day. Pool and spa dirty. Couch busted, smelled. Multiple TV's in rooms didnt work. Tried discussing with owner that we were gonna BBQ, an advertised item, but no propane tank provided and was so corroded that it is unsanitary. Kitchen cookware bad shape, not usable. Multiple windows no covering. Ran washer once. Went back to get the items out, entire level smelt of rotten eggs. Had to call VRBO care to reach owner, and even they had trouble contacting owner. Eventually I received a call from the property manager. He was able to address the plumbing issue. Said pool guy would come but no one showed up. The owner came and checked in with me. He was INSISTENT on buying our dinner to replace the BBQ, but never heard from him or property manager after they left Friday. Offered to order supplies, but what was requested never arrived. Entire party left early. This ruined my son's last family vacation b4 he leaves for the air force. Beware

Fantastic house for multi-family stays!

Our party of 14 enjoyed our 3-night stay here! The home was clean, spacious, well-stocked kitchen and linen closet, and has plenty of amenities to entertain all ages! We never felt crowded in the home and enjoyed the sunrise and sunset views. The hosts were easy to contact thru chat or phone and were kind enough to message their appreciation of our cleanliness. :) 10/10 recommend this home for your next San Diego vacation.

Clean and fun house!

The reason for taking a star away a few things. For the check in is because I had to reach out for check in instructions the day before our reservation. Not sure when I would've gotten the info if I didn't reach out myself. Online listing states that all rooms have smoke and carbon detectors and that's not true. A lot of electrical issues exist from open gang box, loose outlets, door batteries dying and breakers tripping in the kitchen and downstairs. A few times prior to our reservation I reached out about extending our stay another day but never got a response. Location is not too far from things, but the street this property is on is dirt and narrow. We also had a neighbor complain about us parking in front of the house next to the mailbox, which is the only place to park unless I parked in front of other houses. Besides what was mentioned, super clean and super fun if you have kids. Plenty of space for everyone to run around or if someone needed privacy there are plenty of rooms for that. Good size kitchen. Plenty of towels. Really nice to have washer and dryer available.
