There is no time to get bored in this home! The backyard is equipped with an 8ft hot tub, barbeque and gas firepit for smores . Games galore with a 9 foot pool table or ping pong. There is plenty of room for separate tv viewing. Two living areas both equipped with large smart flat screen tvs. Three bedrooms all have large screen tvs as well. Large walk-in closet has a futon and tv for extra sleeping room and privacy. Air mattress and plenty of sofas allow 14 people to sleep comfortably. **** I just built a studio in the garage area. There is a door in the front by driveway for the studio. There is absolutely no common areas. The parking, laundry room and front parking are strictly for the house guests.**** You will have complete privacy.
Location is close to the 15 and the 8 which makes everywhere, whether SeaWorld, zoo, Safari park, the beach, gaslamp or the Convention Center easy and convenient to get to. The home has 3 different tv lounge areas for multiple people to watch different shows. Kids can watch disney while sports are being watched while playing pool. 6 tvs so no one will be without!
Open floor plan makes it perfect for entertaining. Convenient location with privacy and easy to get anywhere in San Diego.

The house had everything we needed and more! The host absolutely thought of everything big families could need while on vacation. She was so accommodating as well! We will definitely stay again when we are in San Diego!

This place is close to good food and things to do! The house was so spacious and clean. There was so much to do in the house the kids did not want to leave. The owner did everything possible to make our stay comfortable. It’s a fully stocked house with a fantastic pool, tv in every room and games to play.

Great place! The backyard was amazing and the house fit 9 people, adults and children, very comfortably. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

We had the best trip! The house was amazing. So much room. Beds were clean and super comfy. We loved swimming and the hot tub. It had everything! Would stay again! :)

Host Lael was very responsive and accomodating! Loved the jacuzzi and pool table! My family of 9 had a great time. Will stay again when in SD.

Great family spot!

With a pool table and a swimming pool/spa, along with rooms and beds to sleep everyone comfortably, this place checked all the boxes. It has been well loved, but that is fine with this family. Great times!

Overall, this is a great house to stay in if you are visiting san diego. The backyard is fantastic and has a lot of great amenities like a swim pool, the hot tub and plenty of backyard seating. It is in a very safe and quiet neighborhood that is very close to a walmart several gas stations and lots of great restaurants. It is also very close to downtown san diego, seaworld ,and plenty of beaches. The beds were very comfortable, and we had plenty of space and for our family. The owner was very quick to respond to our emails, and her communication was great. There was a major issue with the plumbing from the previous renters, and she notified us prior to our arrival, and she was able to get us into another house for the night while they fixed the plumbing. She kept us updated on the fix. And even refunded us a night.Do too the plumbing issue. After that, the rest of our stay was fantastic. We highly recommend renting this place if you and your family are looking at staying at san diego.

Mother's Day Weekend was perfect!

It was so nice having all of my kiddos under one roof. This property had fun activities for adult kids, ping ball, pool, corn hole, hot tub. We will stay here again.

Great place

Spent the weekend with my guys for my bachelor weekend. What a beautiful backyard! We hung out pretty much all day and used the pool and hot tub!

Guest Ages 15-82 Clean and comfortable. Conveniently located. Host was immediately accommodating and helpful. We loved our stay here and would definitely return to this property.

Amazing! The house is so big and spacious. The kitchen was very well stocked; lots of big pots, one big pan and a wok, 2 baking sheets, lots of big bowls, lots of dishes and silverware and glasses. Definitely well-equipped for large amounts of people. The beds were also very comfortable. The master bedroom has a twin mattress in the closet that can be used, and the closet in the hallway can double as a bedroom. There’s also an air mattress in there. Bathrooms were clean. The backyard is awesome! Hot tub was great, though smelled very strongly of chemicals when the bubbles were on. I appreciated having a washer and dryer and Tide pods. There’s also a TON of bath and beach towels in the linen closet and a beach wagon and cooler in the backyard. We had a group of 12 college students, and I would totally come back.

Terrific House!

We had an amazing time at this house! Everyone had something to do between pool, tvs, games, and the hot tub. Neighborhood was centrally located to everything we wanted to do! Would book again.

Just purchased my second home away from home. This home definitely has my heart! I was born and raised in New York, moved to Hawaii to get away from the cold and then settled in San Diego 15 years later. I love to travel and my homes have given me the freedom to enjoy what I love to do!

I purchased this property because of the large backyard that is very hard to find in the area and the extra indoor patio that I could remodel to add another living room. I spent 6 months tearing walls downs to create and open floor plan perfect. The location very close to the 15 freeway, so anywhere you choose to go is easy and convenient: beaches, gaslamp, sea world, convention center, etc.
