The home offers a gorgeous pool, hot tub and a game room so groups of all ages will enjoy their stay with us. Our home is the perfect summer getaway on the Outer Banks.
Cleaning Fee included. All Linens included. Dog friendly but must be house trained. We want our guests to arrive and relax!

Hi we are the Chapmans! Nicole, Khalil and Kai.
We have been living in stunning Charleston, SC for the past 3 years. In 2020 we moved from our home in Costa Rica, to move closer to our family. Nicole grew up in New Jersey and Khalil in Ohio, we met in college in Myrtle Beach
The Ocean has always been a big part of our relationship. We love to travel, surf spend time outside and Kai is an amazing soccer player.
When we lived in Costa Rica we ran a restaurant and hostel right on the Caribbean. We love to host people in gorgeous locations and love to create wonderful experiences for people on vacation.

We have always loved the Carolinas, Nicole vacationed here as a child and has wonderful memories of the Outer Banks. When we were looking in the area, we fell in love with Corolla. There are gorgeous beaches, views of Currituck sound and tons of community events in the summer.

The sunset views on Currituck sound make our home unique. We are steps away from the Sound and 2 minutes from the beach making this the perfect, tranquil vacation home for families. The private pool, hot tub and game room on the property along with the public tennis courts, pickleball courts, public pool, playground and gym that come along with our neighborhood make this a wonderful vacation destination.
