The home was perfect for our quick overnight stay. We loved the out of town location, it was perfect as we were traveling in a large pickup truck and had a pup with us.

Home was generally clean, spacious, comfortable, and included personal care products (i.e., shampoo, conditioner, etc.), as well as laundry detergent. Thank you! Definitely worth the overall cost. House could use a deeper clean (floors, walls) and it would be great if owners considered going with clean, scent-free detergents and 100% cotton sheets and cutting out the plug-in air fresheners. (Way too strong.)

This was our second stay at this house. It's clean, comfortable, and it was really nice of the host to make an exception to extend our check out time just a bit. I would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay! Comfortable beds and furniture. Easy check in process. We didn’t cook anything, but it looked like the kitchen was well stocked. Would stay again and recommend to others.

Everything about the home was perfect. very clean and comfortable. Shelia answered any questions that we had and made us feel at home. I’ll be appliances work perfectly. The bathrooms were outfitted nicely. Itwas a very pleasant stay.

This house had all the necessities for travel. It's a nice quite area which is a wonderful change from living closer to city life. We plan to stay again at this location shortly!

Walking in the home was open and clean. Outside it was so peaceful and absolutely beautiful, all the beds were so comfortable. Anytime I messaged Sheila she responded almost immediately and the check out process was so easy as well which was great because we had to be somewhere very early that morning. We will definitely stay when we come back if it’s available

The host was welcoming and helpful. This is a wonderful house, especially for a family. I can't say enough good things about this property. It was VERY clean and we are so grateful for that! Spacious and love the open floor plan in the common areas. The yard was well manicured and our pups loved it! The area is so beautiful! We hope to visit again! Thank you!

Loved the split bedroom plan. The area was nice and peaceful, but yet only about 15 mins to cookeville. Beautiful location. Would definitely stay again.

This is not a house as I had supposed, it is a modular trailer.The back doorknob lock does not work so there is a device stuck under the knob that runs to the floor to prevent break in . There is a dead bolt on the door but there is no way to enter the door from the outside when it is locked, (no key or possible entry) and the parking area is located on that side of the house , meaning you have to walk around the house to the front door to gain entrance. The place was clean but rather cheap looking, The beds are comfortable but there were no extra bedding such as blankets except for small kids throw blankets.The bathrooms were clean , plenty of towels, but there were no extra waste basket liners .The kitchen waste basket is a large outdoor garage can in the laundry area beside the kitchen.The place is stocked with cooking utensils , drinkware, etc. but the cookware is not nonstick so be prepared.The setting was pretty , a very large ,well kept lawn area situated in the country side. Plenty of room for kids to run and play.We checked out at 10:01 and immediately realized that I had forgotten my phone charger. I turned around to run back in and get it and the door was already locked and deactivated where I could not gain entrance. I do believe the proprietor should consider at least a 10-minute grace period to allow for such things. Communication with the proprietor isn't the best, they are rather slow to respond if they respond at all.Overall I would rate it a 3 .

The back door isn’t broke and I keep the door security bar there, just for extra protection. I try to respond as quickly I can and The only time you messaged me was before check-in and right before checkout and I did respond. I have a larger trash can in the laundry room, so people would not have to carry out the trash so much.
