The outdoor area was beyond expectations.Such a beautiful and relaxing environment. I can't wait to return and spend some more family time together here. Hoping to add this to our yearly traditions. A simple bonus was also the Bath and Body works. I was way too excited to see the same brands I use at home in this house. The fireplaces also added such a nice touch. The rain style shower added another sense of happiness in the Bathroom.

Wow, this is an exceptional property! Definitely best place we've stayed in for years. So clean, well-equipped, nice furnishings and fixtures, and in a beautiful location. The hosts thought of everything and provided things I almost always have to buy myself such as soft TP, tissues, earplugs, firewood for the firepit, etc. We loved the firepit and gorgeous yard, spending many hours relaxing on the back patio glider, eating at the picnic table, and chilling by the firepit. Abundant parking, comfy beds, plenty of pillows, towels, so well stocked--such a find. Loved it and hope we can go back!

David is a GREAT host!! He is very responsive to anything you request. I spent one month here on a work assignment. David has a well maintained and very clean property that I truly enjoyed. When I come back to Cookeville I hope this property is still available! Thanks David for a superb stay!!

We really enjoyed a relaxing stay ina beautiful little cottage in a wonderful location. The cottage was clean and cozy, and the outdoor bathtub was a unique and wonderful feature. I would highly recommend staying here!

The cabin was extremely clean and well stocked. We enjoyed the privacy yet being so close to town. Excellent communication with owner, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come visit again!

Gorgeous home away from home!

This cottage was perfect for our stay. Clean, relaxing, quiet, and very well maintained cottage. The kitchen was fully stocked and the details that was put into this cottage just made a perfect place to stay. We plan on revisiting again soon!

Birthday weekend

We have visited this cottage 2 years in a row for my birthday. It is so nice and peaceful. Great getaway! Will be back!

Super Cute Cottage

This little cottage was perfect for what we needed. Everything was well stocked. We spent relaxing nights by the fire and the kids loved exploring the property. The owner was easy to contact and very responsive to our needs. We would gladly stay here again in the future.

25th Anniversary Getaway

After a great work conference in Nashville, we were looking for a few days to relax and have some alone time. We love scenic views and a little hiking, so the proximity to all the waterfalls was great for us. We loved being secluded and yet, still close enough to town to take advantage of the great local restaurants and ice cream shops. The last three nights, we got carry out and ate at the picnic table outside. There were beautiful sunsets and we even saw a deer while we ate. The cabin was perfect for us. We would definitely consider going back again. All the pictures were from state parks within 45 minutes of the cabin.
