Nice apartment in a centralized location with easy access to all amenities including Sound Transit. The only confusion was the check in process. There is no fob or clicker in apartment, instead there’s an app that controls everything that the host needs to give access. Other than that, everything else was great.

The condo was awesome and very modern. It was within a short walk of some local restaurants and nightlife. The secure garage was a nice feature.

Quick stay

My sister and I were there to go to our favorite restaurant. This was close to everything so we were able to walk. The place itself is nice, it’s clean and overall we enjoyed everything

The place was clean and the location was good. There were some issues that popped up: WiFi password not displayed in the unit. Poor reception due to concrete building, so unable to open the online guidebook to get the password. Had to leave the unit to open the Guidebook and view it. Check-in directions confusing…said the fob for garage would be on the dining table, but it wasn’t. Fob was on keychain, but didn’t work for the garage. Had to download an app called Latch to activate elevators, access hallway and open unit door. It worked for the elevator and door, but didn’t work for the hallway which is the access for the door. There’s an expectation by the host the app is self explanatory. Otherwise, I was told to see the concierge staff in the building to answer my questions. Concierge staff were not there when I checked the next day. Could only access the unit from the outside courtyard. We did not see a pet fee in the listing (?) but were charged 15/day before check-in. Best to be aware the parking spot in the garage is a tight, compact spot.

Wonderful

The location was great, in the center of Redmond. Plenty of places you could walk to such as stores, restaurants and pubs. The accommodation was clean and very easy to check in. I would Recommend and stay there again on my next visit

Long weekend

The location was nice, easy to find and had plenty of walkable things to do. It met our needs of visiting friends. It seems as though maybe the host has a couple of the apartments and so the information was a little off. The diagram for parking indicated the first door, but it was actually the second. We were able to get a response from the host though to clear up our confusion. In the picture there was a regular coffee pot, but this unit had an espresso machine.

Elegant townhome in Redmond neighborhood.

Vince proved to be an excellent host, and our stay at his Redmond house was truly enjoyable. The property's standout feature is its exceptional location, which offers tremendous convenience for exploring the area. Starting with the initial conversation to the end of our stay communicating with Vince was a breeze; he was highly responsive, which added to the overall positive experience. Check-in and check-out were effortless thanks to clear instructions online. The house was clean and maintained well, making it a comfortable and inviting place to stay. Vince's guide to local places to visit was a valuable resource, filled with helpful suggestions. If you have the time to explore, I highly recommend following his guide. One minor challenge we encountered was related to the house's open layout. The lack of doors to block out sound made it challenging for my husband and me to attend remote work meetings simultaneously. However, with some thoughtful planning, we managed just fine. Overall I would definitely recommend this place if you are in the Redmond neighborhood.
