Freshly remodeled guest house in winery Woodinville

Relax in a private Guest house Suite that includes a living room, two furnished bedrooms and one bathroom in the wine country. Your own private patio with a table and chairs to enjoy your morning coffee or wine in the evenings. We provide high speed internet and smart TV. There are no steps anywhere (but the doorways are standard width - not wheelchair width).
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. During this time, please keep noise and music at a respectful level so we can maintain a peaceful neighborhood.
Small gatherings are allowed, but an additional cleaning fee of $150–$300 may apply depending on the number of guests and the amount of extra cleaning required.
You have complete privacy as you relax and enjoy the quiet and solitude. You are welcome to feed the birds, relax with a drink.

The spacious and pretty yard and lovely cottage made this a perfect place to stay in the winery area. The cottage was very comfortable inside with an excellent adjoining laundry.

We went to Woodinville for a wine club event and found this great VRBO to stay in. The guest house was private, quiet (slept great!) had everything we needed, and was comfortable. The host was very responsive and accommodating. We will definitely be back!

I had a lovely extended stay at Nara’s cottage. It was a great place for dog walks in a peaceful setting. I wish the weather had been better so I could have enjoyed the deck. It was very easy to communicate with Nara. Great location for wine tasting and restaurants in Woodinville.

Great location!

Perfect spot for 3 of us to stay while in Woodinville for wine tasting! We enjoyed evenings on the deck & cooked in. Would stay here again!

Very cute and clean place close to wine tasting. You can walk to several wineries and restaurants. There is no official sidewalk so be careful. The host was a great communicator. I would absolutely recommend this house!

Perfect location for visiting wineries, restaurants. 4-8 minute drive from property. Cottage was clean and comfortable. I will stay here again the next time I visit the area.

A great location in woodinville!

Centrally located in Woodinville, this was a perfect spot for us while we were in town for a wedding. The host was accommodating with our dog, and having multiple cars. Having on-site washer/dryer was so helpful!

We LOVED our stay in Woodinville! We were in town for a women’s wine conference and found it more our speed to stay here vs hotel where things were happening, which was also very cost effective. This bungalow had everything we needed and more, and Nara was incredibly communicative. We didn’t need to reach out for a single thing but knew she was there if needed. This location was so close to everything in Woodinville, and the cost of Lyft was typically 5. Breakfast at Ferine, lunch at Heritage, wine tastings galore, all easy to access from our VRBO. Thank you Nara! We will be back!

The location was perfect for my daughter and I. We were there for soccer and was five minutes from the fields. The place was cute and perfect for two. It doesn't have central air conditioning which wasn't communicated well and was hard to get used to for this Georgia girl. It is a older place so not much hot water after one shower. We had problems with the TV and the WIFI network. The host did not do a good job communicating with us which I feel like these problems could have been fixed during our stay.

Hello Darcie, I am sorry for the inconvenience. We do have a big portable air conditioner make enough cold air. I am so sorry to hear about the hot water. We never had this complaint because we do have a good-sized hot water tank in our extension room. About the internet, there is T-Mobile internet not shared with anybody, and the service is good. I tried to come in to check the TV, but I didn't hear any response, so I couldn't come.. We do not have a TV channel, but only Netflix or YouTube etc.. works... Thank you so much. I will check to make sure everything is ok for our future guests. Thanks again for the review. I always want to improve and want to make sure my guests are happy.
