Luxury Condo With Beautiful Golf Course and Mountain Views!!

Beautiful one bedroom condo overlooking the 8th hole of Stone Creek Golf Course with awesome mountain views. Recently updated with tile flooring and more. The comfortable furnishings and well stocked kitchen will not disappoint! The complex includes 5 heated swimming pools and hot tubs, a clubhouse, an exercise room and billiard room. Elevators are an added bonus. (For those of you that love Anasazi and come back every year we are on the second floor of Building 9)
The Anasazi Resort Condominium complex is a gated community in an excellent location across from Paradise Valley Mall in northeast Phoenix, close to Scottsdale and Paradise Valley. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants and upscale grocery stores. It is non-smoking, no pets allowed, and is only available for rent by the month.

November in Phoenix is always great. Location close to shopping was convenient. The only problem is the fold out couch is not very comfortable to sit on. Nature of fold out couches. Views are very nice. Parking is tight but works.

Great Property and Location

This is a great area to stay with all shopping and some entertainment needs right nearby. It’s a nice area of town and the complex is also gated so it feels very safe. The pools and community resources are will maintained. I would recommend this space to anyone.

Great little condo in Phoenix area

Loved the location and ease of getting to many interesting sites in the Phoenix area. Condo was clean and close to shopping, golf and major highways to get around the area. Owner was responsive to small issue with the TV service. Would definitely stay here again when in the area.

Great Stay at Anasazi

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property in the Anasazi complex. The unit was very clean,, the kitchen was well stocked, the furniture was very comfortable and we slept very well on the comfortable king size bed. Great golf course and sunset views from the deck! The owner met us at the unit to check in and communication throughout our stay was quick and friendly. We will be back!

Perfect!

This was our fourth stay at this complex. We love the close proximity to stores, restaurants and the bike trail. Linda’s place was well decorated, comfy bed and nicely stocked kitchen. Would definitely stay again in the future!

Great view, location and host

This is the trifecta of rentals. The view of the golf course and sunsets is perfect. The condo is clean and well stocked with all the essentials. The host is fantastic and communicative and helpful in all the ways!! (Thanks Linda for everything!) and the location is central to everything you could need! Recommend all around!

Golf Course View Condo

We have stayed at the complex previous years but our first time in this unit. It did not disappoint. The view and location is first rate, the condo is clean and everything is in nice shape. The upgraded shower was great, bed and furniture is very comfortable. TV's and WI FI are excellent, overall a nice place to stay.

The deck view to the west down the fairway and into the setting sun was spectacular !!! The condo was expertly appointed with every possible enmity you could ask for. Would go back and stay for 4 months in a heart beat!!!! The condo was very very clean.

Location, comfort, amenities!

As fans of Stonecreek Golf Course and the Anasazi Village, this condo was a perfect fit! The property managers met us upon arrival and were very helpful with WIFI and TV (often a stumbling block with vacation rentals). Having stayed at many vacation rentals, we found this condo very well stocked with everything you could want or need! We were disappointed that it had already been rented for the next year as we would have loved to rent it again!

Location was great!

Paradise in Paradise Valley

This was my first time here in staying here in Paradise Valley and everything was perfect. The complex is perfectly located near everything and has everything you need within walking distance. The unit itself is tastefully decorated, has a great view of the golf course and has top shelf everything. Thanks to the owners for sharing their condo and making my first stay in the Phoenix area a perfect experience .
