Just Perfect!

We had a wonderful stay in this condo! It’s in a private neighborhood with a small patio where you can watch golfers on the course while enjoying a coffee or beverage. Easy walking distance to the big pool. Neighbors were friendly. Condo had everything we needed and check-in/check-out instructions were easy. We only used one of the three bedrooms but it was great. The location was close enough to enjoy the beach and restaurants- though we drove to both and found easy parking (September). We will stay again! Thanks!

Enjoyable stay for my family.

My family and I enjoyed our stay for weekend family getaway. Phil did a great job with communication with us and making sure we were all settled into the house. We felt right at home. The house was clean and well maintained. Would definitely come back to stay in the house if we were in the area. Thanks Phil for allowing my family to stay at your beautiful and cozy place.

Birthday at the beach

This place was amazing!! It accommodated 5 adults and 3 kids. We were down from NC to celebrate my grandsons 7th birthday. Mr Phil was amazing thru the process from a to z Definitely recommend!! Very family friendly and close to beach and other activities!!

Fourth of July week

The property was just as described and the host was great to work with. Phil communicated promptly to make sure everything was just right from the first day to the last. We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely perfect

The location was perfect and very convenient for the softball tournament we attended. The apartment was very clean. Check-in was easy and the owner was very responsive. Will definitely be staying here again in the future.

We enjoyed our condo and pool. The accommodations were fantastic and Phil was quick to respond. The kids toys were a great surprise as our almost 2 year old was immediately occupied as we unpacked. We will definitely be back!

Vacation with family

The condo meet all of our needs, especially since we were with our grandchildren...one 6 years old and 4 month old twins. We really loved the pool, where we spent a lot of time. The location is convenient, close to the beach and everything you could need.

Our Stay

Overall Phil was great, and so was the condo. My only complaint was the floor downstairs didn't seemed to be mopped before our arrival. That is a minor issue. Besides the floor, Phil had baby toys and all the dishes we needed.

Amazing!

I’m a person who travels a lot. During my stay I enjoyed every bit of it. EVERYTHING met my needs! Phil was so awesome with communicating with me! Any questions I asked he answered! His hospitality was amazing! The neighborhood was very quiet and secluded! The whole unit was perfectly cleaned to perfection! I will definitely stay here again for future accommodations! This location is right in the middle of all your shopping, eatery and activity needs!

Peaceful and convenient new space…perfect for us!

Awesome location! Everything you need is close by while still being quiet and peaceful. Quick walk to the beach and great golf course views right off a putting green. Loved the charcoal grill. Everything is new inside including appliances, and all beds were super comfortable. We enjoyed cooking in the condo and watching a movie there on the bigscreen TV!! Phil is super easy to work with and quick in responding. He wanted to be sure our stay was enjoyable. Definitely will be back later in the summer if it’s available!

Never went

We did not actually stay at the property because they canceled us the day of our arrival due to a water leak. The renter was very sorry and tried to let us know as soon as possible.

Great place for all! Especially travel baseball/softball families.

We chose this rental because of its locations and positive reviews. We visit N. Myrtle Beach often for travel baseball and the beach. This was our first time staying at this property but it will not be our last. This property is very clean and the owner is very proactive in ensuring a positive experience. The location is excellent. It sits between a nice shopping center that includes a Publix, Dicks Sporting Goods and many more shops plus nice places to eat. The major highways are withing minutes eliminating the usual traffic along the intercoastal. We have 2 children and had 2 different tournaments in the area on the same weekend. The complex for one event was minutes away while the other was further south in Myrtle. This property allowed us to easily access the highways so we could get to the Myrtle Beach complex and be close to the Little River complex. It cut our drive times by 20 minutes or more compared to other properties available. The house offers everything from TVs in every room, grill, washer and dryer, nice bath towls to comfy beds and great A/C. There is a nice size pool and playground within 100ft. The beach is a couple of blocks and hole 10 on a golf course is seen through the back side windows of the property. They had toys and games for toddlers and you can enjoy the shaded back patio without fear of being hit by a golfball. Its a very well kept community that is quiet. Majority of the traffic are golf carts used by locals and vacationers.

Great stay

Overall, it was a great stay. Cleanliness could be better, arrived and found trash still in the bathroom and pulled the pull out bed from the couch to cereal all over the mattress. Located in a calm area, no loud noise.
